Please don't be discouraged from posting here... sometimes people take things the wrong way....
When all we have to go by is text, it is much easier to misunderstand eachother...
Both of these two are very loving people but probably just misunderstood the intention😅

Genesis speaks of the seed of the woman and the seed of the serpent, but seed of the serpent is not talking about physical descent from the serpent. It is talking about spiritual antichrists, those who oppose the seed of the woman/Christ
It is a spiritual descent, not a ridiculous notion of a sexual encounter between eve and the serpent, which I think is gnostic in origin. Not sure about this last part though
