Good morning everyone. So glad my day off from work (which rotates weekly) landed on Thursday this week. 
The Christmas season madness is over. Back to the regular madness.2 days 2 recover b4 the madness starts again huh?

I'm in the country at the moment over the Christmas and New Year break so I am not near the shops but today I went in and had a coffee for the first time in a few days so I feel good!!!!!
Friday! Or, as I call it... just another day.... Retired folk have 2 days...

Easy day for me at work today. Just go out there and stroll in the park and make it back in eight hours, no problem. 
Sure beats going out there and rampaging through the park and making it back in 12 hours hopefully.

This evening when I was at the supermarket, I walked by the cake stand and it was empty. Not one cake or slice of cake remained.
What will people do in January when they realise how much they had eaten for Christmas?
In the same place where the cakes used to be, they had put packs if bread crumbs their instead. Can you imagine the shock when people come back for more cakes, only to be greeted by packs of bread crumbs?
