This evening when I was at the supermarket, I walked by the cake stand and it was empty. Not one cake or slice of cake remained.
What will people do in January when they realise how much they had eaten for Christmas?
In the same place where the cakes used to be, they had put packs if bread crumbs their instead. Can you imagine the shock when people come back for more cakes, only to be greeted by packs of bread crumbs?
