With all due respect .... But the pot calling the kettle black really makes the pot no better but in fact worse...since they are just as guilty if not more so, since judgement and a sense of superiority was also added in.......where was the gentleness in that post?
My post was not a defense of handmaiden or a charge against anyone in particular. I was speaking in general terms

where did Jesus say we are not saved until we are glorified?
1 Corinthians 15:52
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall rise again incorruptible: and we shall be changed.

Will you still claim to love Jesus if you end up in Hell for not believing His sound doctrine 100%.
Hell is merely the resting place of the dead. So guess what, we're ALL going to hell. :)

Will YOU still claim to know Jesus, when He asks you why you're spreading such false manure on here??

Well you keep saying we need sound doctrine, which is the bible, BTW..

Let's recap, shall we? So far you have said that we need the following for salvation:

1. Sound, correct doctrine.

2. Perfect, glorified bodies in a fallen world, in order to be saved for all eternity.

Those are NOT requirements for salvation. But you seem to reject that the ONLY things necessary for being saved are faith, belief and God's grace..

This is laughable. This verse SAYS NOTHING about us not being saved until we are glorified..

Do you really believe there will be any grace left for those who have denied the 100% sound doctrine of Jesus Christ at the end of their life?:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:

God is merciful to those of us who are obedient to His Holy will for our lives and God is merciful to those of us who are willing to perform the good works He asks of us.
Complete opposite of what it says.

It says God does not save us according to our righteousness, but according to His mercy. It also said “He saved us”, past tense of the word “saved”

2 Corinthians 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

Ephesians 2:4-7
Butc God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, 5even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— 6and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

The only ones who won't get grace, are those who commit the unpardonable sin of rejecting the Trinity.. As far as those who reject God's word, well only God knows how He will deal with them. He knows their true heart, and what they claim to believe or disbelieve..

He saved us..

.(past tense, something that has already happened)

Not according to deeds which we have done.

(Which is what you emphasized)

But according to His MERCY

By the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost-

(in other words, He saved us by raising us to Spiritual life)
