If the word 'sanctified' in Hebrews 10:29 is used to describe saved people who lost their salvation (as you teach) then we have a contradiction because the writer of Hebrews in verse 10 said "sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all" (Hebrews 10:10) and in verse 14, we read, "perfected for all time those who are sanctified." (Hebrews 10:14)
*So being sanctified once for all/for all time proves saved (Hebrews 10:10,14) Yet being sanctified (set apart or identified as a participant in the Hebrew community of believers), but later renounces this identification by rejecting the "knowledge of the truth" they had received (Hebrews 10:26) and trampling under foot the work and the person of Christ himself proves apostasy, but never saved. (Hebrews 10:29)

This does not always mean saved. In 1 Corinthians 7:14, Paul uses the word to specifically refer to non-Christians who are "sanctified" or "set apart" by their believing spouse. (And by this Paul does not mean that they are saved). A non-Christian can be "set apart" from other non-Christians without experiencing salvation as Paul explained.
These Hebrews who drew back to perdition and did not believe to the saving of the soul never were saved. (vs. 39) In Hebrews 10:26, To "sin willfully" in the Greek carries the idea of deliberate intention that is habitual and stems from rejecting Christ deliberately. This is continuous action, a matter of practice. Now we don't walk along our daily life and "accidentally" fall into a pit called sin. We exercise our will but, the use of the participle clearly shows continuous action and in context, this involves rejecting Christ deliberately after receiving the “knowledge” of the truth.. The unrighteous practice sin (1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Galatians 5:19-21); not the righteous, who are born of God (1 Corinthians 6:11; 1 John 3:9).
The writer of Hebrews was seeking to convince these Hebrews about the truths of the new covenant of grace, the sacrifice and blood of Jesus, yet those who deliberately rejected this grace after receiving the "knowledge" of the truth (yet did not embrace the truth) and instead, kept on sinning willfully by regarding the blood of the covenant as unclean has insulted the Spirit of grace.
You once made this statement to me, "The Life Death and Resurrection is the means to the Gospel not the Gospel" so right out of the starting gate, your doctrine is flawed.
*In 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, the apostle Paul clearly states: Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you--unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.. To believe in vain is to believe without cause or without effect, to no purpose.
You talk a lot about "His Commandments" and "The Law." Does the gospel you preach involve commandment keeping as a means to obtaining salvation? Salvation by "grace plus law, faith plus works?"
In regards to Hebrews 10:26, I like how the Amplified translation reads - For if we go on deliberately and willingly sinning after once acquiring the knowledge of the Truth, there is no longer any sacrifice left to atone for [our] sins [no further offering to which to look forward]. This describes an abiding state of willful, deliberate sinning by deliberately rejecting Christ.

Do you understand the difference between what we are saved THROUGH (Ephesians 2:8,9) and what we are saved FOR? (Ephesians 2:10)

Verse 26 says they received the "knowledge" of the truth (which places them at a cross road) to either draw back to perdition or believe to the saving of the soul. *Only those who have believed to the saving of the soul have received Christ through faith and are saved. *There is no mention of temporarily believing to the saving of the soul then afterwards drawing back to perdition.
Although the writer includes himself in this warning (if we sin willfully) note that he switches pronouns in Hebrews 10:29 to "he" and at the end of the chapter (Hebrews 10:39) the writer makes it clear that he considers himself a true believer by including himself in the "we" who do not "draw back to perdition." But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul. Those who draw back to perdition do not believe to the saving of the soul and those who believe to the saving of the soul do not draw back to perdition.
You seem to be naive to the fact that just because a letter is addressed to "brethren" that EVERYONE in a group of professing believers must be a genuine believer. Throughout the book of Hebrews, we see that is not the case.
Hebrews 3:8-10 says, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, In the day of trial in the wilderness, Where your fathers tested Me, tried Me, And saw My works forty years. Therefore I was angry with that generation, And said, 'They always go astray in their heart, And they have not known My ways.' Verses 18-19 - And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. That explains the hardened heart. It took them in the opposite direction of God. Considered the truth for a time, then hardened heart and departing from God became their final answer.
Hebrews 3:14 - For we have become [past tense Gk. verb, gegonamen, meaning we have become already] partakers of Christ, (demonstrative evidence) if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end. Notice that this is a repeat of verse 6, where we read: but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house - whose house we are, (demonstrative evidence) if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end. The wording is not - "and you will become (future indicative) partakers of Christ if you (future indicative) persevere." It is rather - "you have been, and now are, partakers of Christ, (demonstrative evidence) if in the future you hold fast to Christ."
The point is that not all of these Hebrews have become partakers in their promised Messiah. The demonstrative evidence of those who truly have become partakers of Christ will be they held fast the beginning of their confidence steadfast to the end. What about those faltering Hebrews who depart from God yet begin with a level of confidence and profession of loyalty, but then later? Future perseverance is proof of genuine conversion.
In Hebrews 4:1-2, we read - "For indeed the gospel was preached to US as well as to THEM; but the word which THEY heard did not profit THEM, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: "So I swore in My wrath, 'They shall not enter My rest," although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. Obviously, not all of these Hebrews were genuine believers. Notice that verses 2-3 make a distinction between US who have BELIEVED and do enter that rest and THEM who heard the word but did not mix faith with what they heard and will not enter that rest because of UNBELIEF.
In Hebrews 12:15, we read - Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God.. (KJV) The NASB reads ..comes short of the grace of God.. and the ESV reads ..fails to obtain the grace of God. Which is what we see in Hebrews 10:29.

Another reason righteous works of the law can't secure salvation is there were various sins for which the law made no provision for forgiveness or second chances. For example, sinning defiantly.
Numbers 15:30-31 NIV
"anyone who sins defiantly, whether native-born or foreigner, blasphemes the Lord and must be cut off from the people of Israel. Because they have despised the Lord’s word and broken his commands, they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them."
But in the New Covenant, all transgressions can be forgiven.
Acts 13:28-39 NIV
"through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses."
This does not mean you can sin defiantly against Christ and his commands and not seek forgiveness for that and get away with it in this New Covenant. It means you can confess the sin of defiance and the blood of Jesus is able to cover it. The law was not able to cover it. It did not contain a prescribed sacrifice that would cover that.
This New Covenant is looking better all the time.
Now Hebrews 10:26-29 does speak of the harsh penalty for defiant sin, too.
"If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?"
But just to be clear, the difference is now you can be forgiven of that sin in this New Covenant. At least up until you reject his call to repentance to the point of no return that God has established when God turns you over to the hardness of your heart and does not allow you to come to repentance.
Unconfessed, hardened, defiant rejection of Christ and his commands is the one thing that, ultimately, can not be forgiven. I believe you can die guilty of various sins in this New Covenant, but clearly that sin is not one of them. Ultimately, if not confessed and repented of in the space of time God provides, it is unforgivable and will not be overlooked. This is talking about a defiant rejection of Christ and choosing to live in willful, defiant, unrepentant sin. This is not about sinning out of ignorance or weakness or immaturity.
yes i dont. i just find it crazy how people have so many different ideas about the bible. i saw one website that had stuff about different planets and how ezekiel talking about jerusalem is talking about some other planet somewhere and we are aliens planted here after we sinned in the soul and now we are in the flesh and all kind of junk. just crazy. where do these people get these ideas? nothing about that in the bible and no apostles ever teached it.

Yes these a saved people... and they stay saved, the writer is not addressing false teachers.
Sinning willfully is not just that.... the writer of Hebrews is a person with a firm understanding of both the old and new system.
This person, the writer, raised under the law is using this term to refer to sins not covered under the old system.

'But only the high priest entered the inner room, and that only once a year, and never without blood, which he offered for himself and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance' (Heb 9:7, NIV)
There was no sacrifice for willful sin in the old system in the new system there is ... that is the point of Chapter 10... it is NOT about apostasy as in loosing salvation, or that they were never saved.....because Yes the were saved.
