Yes, Jesus wept. Apparently He couldn't take the crap down here either.
I believe that He wept for Lazarus who was dead. Even though He was going to raise him from the dead at the moment Jesus wept Lazarus was no longer alive. Perhaps He missed him terribly.
Jesus wept is my favorite verse in the bible because even though Jesus is divine He was also human and by weeping His humanity showed through in a way that I can relate too.

Welcome to CC and nice to meet you. Thank you for the question. Since Jesus was part human and part divine, I think He felt the sorrow of His friends and also may have been saddened by the thought that Lazarus was actually alive, just on the other side, and these friends could not see that.
