Both of those bags of Chips had canola oil in it.

Bible scripture is holy and is not spam.

Yes scripture is holy, but post after post on a discussion board apart from contributing to the discussion is pretty much spamming.

Yes stay away from Canola oil... it is ubiquitous so read the labels always.:)

The scripture I posted is very timely to the discussion. :)

Yo bro is that a real meal? Looks photoshopped to me but I dont know! If its for real let me know you Americanese warriors out there!
Well it's real for sure.

It's canned cooked pork.
It originated from America and if memory serves me was staple diet in WW2.

A poor man's meat.

Like corned beef.

Which was popular in WW1 & WW2.

I haven't had Spam for a long time.
Used to enjoy a spam fritter when I was younger.

Corned beef I still have occasionally.
You can't beat a corn beef hash or corn beef and cheese toastie.

My dogs love a little corn beef mixed in with their dog food.
We also use it as treat for obedience when we trained them.

My wife tried to train me with corn beef😎 didn't work.

But with Haggis?
Oh yes.

I got a question bro: If its canned pork, WHY is there a HAMBURGER in the picture?

Whats wrong with canola oil?

Good question....I always do my homework

First of all it is made from the rapeseed plant seeds, some type of hybrid, genetically modified plant, developed in Canada (Can oil) sadly, to kill everyone from a slow torturous death... just kidding but maybe true :cautious:...who knows nowadays.

The process of how it is made is not good, since it is not a digestible fat but has to be so.

It is cheap to make, and partially hydrogenated makes it hard to digest, can cause inflammation in a nutshell.

There are much better oils that are more natural, that do not have to go some huge transformation process and are not expensive,

Well since there has been discussion about early morning, I have a dilemma. I love early morning but I love late night. Soooo.

I do drink Merlot. Now, there you all know that much more about me.

Merlot is good :)

I definitely think dry wines are better, less sugars.
