Another day done by the program, God only knows how many left.
That first thought of the day change has really paid off for me. I used to be so tired when I woke up in the morning that i'd be leaning against the wall with my eyes closed as im brushing my teeth. Now that my FIRST (FIRST, first, first) thought is godly, I am on full WARMODE first thing in the morning, NO COFFEE NEEDED.
I urge everyone to try: First thoughts Godly when you wake up, thats how you overcome the first thing in the morning, you aint tired and demotivated.
I still miss Fran tho! Wish she would make a comeback. I don't know why I just like her! There was more serious discussion and action back then. These new guys are just spamming the same stuff over and over
Love that verse ive seen many pastors quote that as "till I come" meaning Jesus. Its actually Paul writing to Timothy, not talking about Jesus' return.
I find the morning energizing...but I am energized at night too which can be a problem.... but I hate it when you wake up tired... yes make the first thought of the day.... "Excellent, one more day to shine the light before it is too late!"

Yep Paul unto Timothy as a pastor......I liked Fran too, but despised her false twist of the word.....just like Junior is doing in this thread......amazing how many just say to h☆☆☆ with context, deny verbiage, word definitions and practical applications of what is actually being said while peddling false gospels and dogmas with no power to save..!!
Im happy for you! Were you always energized or did it come later? I have always struggled with MORNINGs, im definately a night owl, you catch me when its time to go to bed and im ENERGIZED eyes wide open. Catch me in the mornings im bout to fall asleep.I find the morning energizing...but I am energized at night too which can be a problem.... but I hate it when you wake up tired... yes make the first thought of the day.... Amen..........the simplicity found in Christ gets swept under the table on a regular basis........rather sickening! They ( the non OSAS) do have to twist scripture to make it work, really learned that on this thread .......all the different variations.
I am a morning person as well.....wake up almost every day at the same time with no alarm clock needed.....up and raring to go unless I sleep poor...but can go all day from daybreak to dusk outside......love the morning sun!
hahahhaha on the eat statement....for sure.....I have trained myself and only eat twice a day anyway......Hate alarms... I am so thankful to be a morning person... I know I can work outside all day and forget to eat.
You are living in the right place for sure!!

I can't prove it but ive read that its about GENETICS. Some folks are night owls some morning birds.
Im waiting for someone to provide evidence to make me feel better.
I eat 6 times a day what y'all talking about TWICE? Thats malnourishment. I need ATLEAST 3000 calories to maintain my bodyweight.
too funny I do the same.... it is training I agree.... it really helps with energy levels too
I heard that.....plus I get plenty of good exercise....cutting, loading, hauling, splitting and stacking wood, cutting clearing brush, lifting, hauling and stacking rock etc........can work most half my age under the table......no big fat gut here hahahahha
hahhahaha well....in my case I always pack the Marine mentality.....so....90 to nothing and hard work all day long generally speaking.....die at night and resurrected every morning hahahahahhahahhahahhahaha@dcontroversal @UnderGrace ya'll a bunch of warriors.

Heck no....in my 53 years had maybe a total of 6 beers.....tastes like crap and only been drunk maybe 10 times in my life.....maybe a glass of wine or champaign or two when I fly....other than that...no liquor or beerExcellent... and you don't drink beer correct?... that leaves way to many toxins in the body.
Hey! Is this a bury BiG H. day? I drank a beer TODAY. Dont worry, I aint drunk I just drank ONE beer, I enjoy the taste OK!Excellent... and you don't drink beer correct?... that leaves way to many toxins in the body.
I command you to eat more dcon with all the physical labour you do, you need to consume more calories to add weight/muscle. Only two meals a day you are barely getting in 2000 calories with the amount of work you do, you need more calories bro!hahhahaha well....in my case I always pack the Marine mentality.....so....90 to nothing and hard work all day long generally speaking.....die at night and resurrected every morning hahahahahhahahhahahhahaha
