Thank you for sharing from D. R. Kingmas' "Garland of Love."Expressing your emotional truth is an act of self-affirmation. Saying how you feel, what you need, what hurts, what you want and hope for - even in the face of possible criticism or rejection, even if you feel vulnerable - is your acknowledgement to yourself and others that your inner experience is valid, worthy of being expressed.
When you communicate your emotional truth, you assert your right to have your inner life have an impact on your outer world. In this way you can sculpt your relationships survey fulfill your needs and delight your heart. What emotional truth do you need to express today?
