And if you are doing it out a sense of Duty, or to earn part of your Salvation, it is NOTHING but Filthy RAGS.

Pisteuo is a Continually surrendered life and a life inspired by such surrender. A true surrender cannot have any expectation of something in return. If so, that would be a business deal or some kind of vending machine process.

I don't see anything about our love for God being part of that surrendered life. In fact, nobody loves God, NOT EVEN ONE ! God wants faithers, those who will choose to surrender their lives to Him.

Correct.

Rom 10:6But the righteousness that is by faith says: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ ” b (that is, to bring Christ down) 7“or ‘Who will descend into the deep?’ ” c (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).

The faith being taught today almost always asks, who ascends to heaven and who descends into the deep and therefore can't be what the Apostles taught. And vs 8/9 are one of the most misunderstood verses in the entire bible.

God is spirit; no one can claim to love a spirit but by obeying Him.
