OH! I was a little  b/c you mentioned the good song. Didn't dawn on me there was another link (when you said "video" I just assumed music video, Actually forgot the new signature had a link ). Sorry bout that. Let's try again.
OH NO ! I just tried it and it's not working for me either :(. It was working yesterday when I FINALLY decided to use it. I cannot even find it on youtube now:( The one that I found was with the title, picture and some other words, but wasn't it.
Oh, the movie is "The Encounter" from Pure Flix with actor Bruce Marchiano.
Oh so sad it's not there now. So many things listed with the name, some are from the trailers and 2nd movie and mini series.Oh Rosemary, thanks for letting me know about the link. Gonna go change my signature now:(
Well, glad you got to see it yesterday before it disappeared. 😀

I've just realize that 2 weeks from now is my current goal date.
Nope, not there, not even close.
I am giving myself a new goal date of the beginning of Sept (when the kiddos go back to school). And for my b-day (end of Sep,) A shopping spree:)
I have to redefine my goals for it though.
It's tough to get exercise in routinely when everyone's home.
I have been trying to work some extra little moves in when we go to parks though. Like pushing kids on swings, I'll add a little lunge forward and back, or when pushing them, I'll really focus on my arms pushing them instead of just my hands and follow through the push extending my arms out with them and back in towards me almost like a pushup only standing, lol.
I like to try and get a few minutes swinging too! Boy do my legs cry after, lol. (in a GOOD way).
Good for you for finding those extra moments on how you can change the ordinary things into workout moments, that's awesome, High Five to you for that!

Reading (slowly) this great book by Dr. Caroline Leaf Think & Eat Yourself Smart
and looking over online resources that go along with it.
Found this quote: (in other words, are you thinking about fast food? Or are you thinking about eating REAL food (as in fresh and healthy)

I have a healthy food mindset that includes a desire to eat sustainable agriculture organically grown and fair traded when possible because the health of the planet and properly valuing food growers is important to me too :) Of course economics and convenience play into what goes into my stomach as well as what tastes good, but those are not necessarily my first priority :D

There is certainly an over abundance of information available on such matters, to the point of confusion at times because there is conflicting data on the information superhighway. Keeping it simple can help :D Best wishes to you in your culinary adventures!

Pretty tough on us GG, our latitude does not support life for a good portion of the year, soon, the only thing we can get from our garden will be snow! ha!
I found Honey Crisp apples for 97 cents today at Fareway

Yes! I recall years ago a ship full of kangaroo meat was headed for MacDonalds but caught in time, leaving me to wonder how many got through before being discovered.

Read it in the paper, that was back when the newspapers reported truth and hadn't been usurped.

Well, like I said before, I guess it is no different than Americans hunting/eating deer or elk.......
