David knew that Christ would reign in His kingdom while David was in his tomb.

2 Samuel 7:12-13
"When your days are fulfilled and you rest with your fathers, I will set up your seed after you, who will come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build a house for My name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.

That is why Peter makes a point in Acts 2 that David is in his tomb.

During the millennium will David be in his tomb?

And why did paul correct peter if peter was supposed to be preaching a different gospel of law/dbr mixture?

One gospel,they all knew it.
That was why peter could say nothing when cornered about his hypocritical behavior.

Which ones? Those who have the Spirit of Christ as a inward born again Jew .Or an outward Jew that stands in the same place as a unconverted gentile. Without God in the present world. . dead in trespasses and sin .

I would suggest studying the meaning of …. ye are not in the flesh

Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

There were some that wanted to us their DNA or picture ID to get in. They did not have the Spirit of Christ in them working to both will and do the good pleasure of our God (God is not a man he is not Jewish)

Revelation 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

yet He explicitly tells this non-Jew Samaritan sinner who He is.
why?

who else did He tell that He is the King of the Jews?
not the Jews. Pilate, the Roman. who else?

He is and always has been their king, and as the prophets all told, He was to suffer many things, even death, which cannot hold Him, and bring grace to people from all nations.
He is exactly the same One whom they rejected as their king in 1 Samuel 8:7

I can now understand better why you have difficulties accepting the mystery of divine plan of redemption.

You seem to read Paul into everything that happened before Paul. Why not read the Bible literally? Here are the relevant scripture involving who Jesus was ministering to when he was in the flesh.

Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:

Matthew 15:24,Matthew 10:6 both indicated Jesus was sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel

So to give a direct answer to your question, Jesus was a minister to All the Jews who are yet to be cut off from Israel, meaning they are circumcised and follow the law of Moses.

They are the lost sheep, the nation have rejected God in the ot. His good news or gospel to them is very simple, “repent of that rejection and accept me as the son of God that was prophesied by your prophets. I will usher you to the promised kingdom and be your king.”
