You seem angry that God’s grace is simple in it’s truest form. Why are you so angry? Hmmm, very interesting.
No, I love the simpicity of the Gospel. But I don't need to be reminded that I am saved OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again
That issue was settled a LONG TIME AGO.

Besides...

Hebrews 6:1- Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God,

I 100% think because of the wording in these are many other passages it is easy to hold either view now or later. I came to my view, and im always open to new evidence, but I came to my view from looking into the original language and trying to understand the word as a whole. Because many times future things, particularly prophecy is spoken as if it is already done, yet it is still future. It is as good as done I believe, but stil future.

1 Peter 1:3-9, " 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, 5 who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 8 Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, 9 obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
You see how it is God's power that is guarding us for salvation. I believe we perservere because God preserves us. If I had to preserve myself, I would be dead meat.

Listen Buddy. My Bible says that it is grace that saves. You can have all the faith in the world, but it is God who saves us, and not we ourselves!

You do not save yourself by believing. God saves you from first to last

Believing that we initiate salvation by believing is not sound doctrine. It is God who initiates and God who finishes
come on he of course knows by grace are ye saved through faith. everyone knows that.

but why is it wrong to say we initiate salvation by believing? why its not sound doctrine?

its simple: God gave His son to die for the world's sins. then you hear the gospel , that message, then you believe the gospel and are saved? isnt that how its initiated? think about it.

I agree, I think abiding in Him and focusing on Him is our job and that He leads, trains, protects, empowers, etc, etc, etc.

Psalms 20:

5 May we shout for joy over your salvation, and in the name of our God set up our banners! May the LORD fulfill all your petitions!

6 Now I know that the LORD saves his anointed; he will answer him from his holy heaven with the saving might of his right hand.

7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.

8 They collapse and fall, but we rise and stand upright.

9 O LORD, save the king! May he answer us when we call.

He said faith plus nothing.

Believe is something we do.

Calling, Drawing, Regenerating, adopting, sanctifying, preserving, and glorifying are all things that God does.

That's a lot more than NOTHING

Anyways, he keeps telling me that justification is granted to the one who doesnt work but believes, and he already knows that I know that too. So what is good for Mac is good for DC.

Yes, we abide in Him as He abides in us. :)

This is so SIMPLE. That which is born by the INCORRUPTIBLE words of God CAN NOT sin.

What is born in us when we read and believe every INCORRUPTIBLE word of God?

This IS NOT salvation nor the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, those things happen immediately. This is the NEW CREATION in us.

Now you’re fishing in deep, empty waters. Telling you that you are a hypocrite is not an insult, it is simply telling you exactly what you are and what you are guilty of doing. It appears you dislike the truth.
