Never said that.
Also why do you guys keep on cutting the word quotes out of my replies? Is the word not allowed?
This is what I said and posted;
"But at the same time if we are Spirit led we will walk in God's law.
Ezekiel 36:26-27, " 26 And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.
Hebrews 10:16-17, " 16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds,” 17 then he adds, “I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more.” "
“You are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God."
Becasue the entire purpose is in the word, right after talking about the blessings and curses of the law:
Deuteronomy 30:1-6, " 1 “And when all these things come upon you, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before you, and you call them to mind among all the nations where the LORD your God has driven you, 2 and return to the LORD your God, you and your children, and obey his voice in all that I command you today, with all your heart and with all your soul, 3 then the LORD your God will restore your fortunes and have mercy on you, and he will gather you again from all the peoples where the LORD your God has scattered you. 4 If your outcasts are in the uttermost parts of heaven, from there the LORD your God will gather you, and from there he will take you. 5 And the LORD your God will bring you into the land that your fathers possessed, that you may possess it. And he will make you more prosperous and numerous than your fathers.
6 And the LORD your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your offspring, so that you will love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live."
Just like baptisim it is and outward sign of an inward chage. If there is no inward chage it is useless.
All Israel Will Be SavedRomans 10:2-4
2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Galatians 3:12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
Faith in Christ establishes the law.
Working at the law is NOT FAITH.
Establishing the law by faith in Christ does NOT require working on our part. What is required is resting in Christ. Trusting in Christ. Becoming His Workmanship and not your own.
.
Please for the love of all that is holy
Tell me why does Paul say circumcision is nothing but keeping the commandments of God IF "THE LAW OF MOSES" as you make it sound, is written into their hearts?
Circumcision is a law in the Torah, yet we are explicitly told its not required and we should even shun it as Gentile believers in Christ and should remain uncircumcised if called in that state, Paul says. WHY is that, if the Torah is written in our hearts? Clearly Paul means something else by commandments of God than Torah, MY SUGGESTION: The commandments of Jesus
Well lets see, even james said that if you keep the whole law yet stumble in one point your guilty of all
No one can keep Gods standard of the law. So no, i do not agree with you, if we think we can keep the law, we do not need christ. Thats why isreal crucified him and rejected him and even after that said yay, we now have grace, but we have to add law also (which is what paul fought most of his christian life
Faith in christ establishes what the law tells, we are guilty, and with out hope, even the laws answer (the levitical preisthood) could not over come that problem, which is why christ came,
Faith points to christ, that is how the law is established,
You uphold the law by recieving christ through faith. and then, after yur saved, living out that faith, which is called works, or producing fruit.
One who never does any work just proves his faith was dead, can a dead faith save? James says no, as did paul they just spoke to two different groups,
Amen
So don’t look to the law, look to who you can serve and love, this is what jesus did, you can do it too, as can I,
But we should never be so proud we think we are perfect, if we say we have no sin, we are deceived.
Where do we go when we sin, to the law in fear, or to our abba knowing he loves us?
Sounds great. Are there any verses for that? That all "blood" laws were fulfilled by Christ on the cross?Circumcision, like all "blood" laws were fulfilled by Christ on the cross. Therefore there is no more blood sacrifice.
Where have I heard that before?
See the works of the law make nobody righteous whatsoever. AMEN. By grace through faith.
Fine print: Oh btw uhh, I forgot to preach it from the pulpit i'll whisper it to you now, so yeah you remember how I said that law dont make it righteous? well thats still almost true because its only that if you DONT keep the law it just means you arent really saved. you arent saved by works of the law, but if you dont do it you arent saved, simple right? by grace through faith.
All blood sacrifice was from the "law of Moses", that ended with John the Baptist.Sounds great. Are there any verses for that? That all "blood" laws were fulfilled by Christ on the cross?
Well lets see, even james said that if you keep the whole law yet stumble in one point your guilty of all

YepHave you ever heard of the body of Christ? Why did God say that "on this rock I will build my church?(Matthew 16:18)
Did God build the church without a purpose?
For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10
It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. Ephesians 4:11-16
...so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.
1 Corinthians 12:25-27
There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of WORKING, but the same God works all of them in all men. 1 Corinthians 12:4-6
...“Which ones?” the man inquired. Jesus replied, “‘Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony, honor your father and mother,’ and ‘love your neighbor as yourself.’” “All these I have kept,” the young man said. “What do I still lack?” Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:16-30
for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said: “Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” Ephesians 5:14
WAKE UP! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your deeds complete in the sight of my God. Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; obey it, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you. Revelation 3:2-3
This is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another.
1 John 3:11
And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love. 2 John 1:6
"Knowledge puffs up but LOVE builds up."
The man who says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’” Luke 17:10
The Master's word/s is a law to His servants, written on their hearts.
Confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior and walk in Love.
God is good and His Love endures forever. Amen
Yes,But isn't that the beauty of the Blood of Christ? Repent for that "breaking of the law" and through the infinite value of His blood we are only to repent, and we are FORGIVEN. Something the "law of Moses" couldn't do. One of the reasons a New Covenant was brought about for us. We are no longer "bound" to sin. There is no more ministration of death. He took away that heavy burden and bondage to sin and death. It is no longer a "death" sentence. Coming to Christ gives us life.
Gone is everythingIt is because we can not follow the law perfectly that we need Christ. Repent, for the kingdom of God is near. Gone are all the rituals, blood shed of animals, priestly duties, we now, from our hearts and minds can go to God ourselves through His Blood.
AmenFaith in Christ allows us to be the sinners we are without the condemnation of the law. Forgiveness is ours for the asking. We are made "perfect" once again before God when we repent. We can be made perfect because of His Blood that was shed for us that washes us clean when we do "break the laws of God" His blood being perfect, makes that all possible. And because of that repentance, that change of the inner man, we hopefully won't do that sin again. But there is the fight with the flesh so we must crucify the flesh daily and walk in the Spirit. The spirit taking control over the "sins of the flesh". Sanctified in our walk to become more "Christlike" before God.
Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.Circumcision, like all "blood" laws were fulfilled by Christ on the cross. Therefore there is no more blood sacrifice. Why is the law written on our hearts and mind? So that we follow them in love and deed. That is the spirit of the law.
Well lets see, even james said that if you keep the whole law yet stumble in one point your guilty of all

Amen.Yep
And they are not bound by law, the law led them to christ as a schoolmaster, which is why hey are par of the body
Gods people keep his commands why?
B cause they follow the law of love, not the law of moses
We agree, gods people obey him
We disagree how or by what power
Sounds great. Are there any verses for that? That all "blood" laws were fulfilled by Christ on the cross?
