The bible came from heaven to man.
If Jesus was slain from the foundation o f the world, when was the book written?
Before adam?
Are the world and mankind players in the book?
Or did the book come later?

There is more to it than mans simple answers
Yes more God’s simple answer

Books plural.

The book that contain the name of those he selected from before the foundation will be compared to the book of all he intended to create, mankind.

If any man name is not found in the lamb’s book of life they simply will not rise to new spirit life on the last day. The book of law, the Bible is a living word past,. . . present, and future as the signified language or tongue of God.

here is from wikipedia the dispensations:

  • InnocenceAdam under probation prior to the Fall. Ends with expulsion from the Garden of Eden. Some refer to this period as the Adamic period or the dispensation of the Adamic covenant or Adamic law.
  • Conscience – From the Fall to the Great Flood. Ends with the worldwide deluge.
  • Human Government – After the Great Flood, humanity responsible to enact the death penalty. Ends with the dispersion at the Tower of Babel. Some use the term Noahide law in reference to this period of dispensation.
  • Promise – From Abraham to Moses. Ends with the refusal to enter Canaan and the 40 years of unbelief in the wilderness. Some use the terms Abrahamic law or Abrahamic covenant in reference to this period of dispensation.
  • Law – From Moses to the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Ends with the scattering of Israel in AD70. Some use the term Mosaic law in reference to this period of dispensation.
  • Grace – From the cross to the rapture of the church. The rapture is followed by the wrath of God comprising the Great Tribulation. Some use the term Age of Grace or the Church Age for this dispensation.
  • Millennial Kingdom – A 1000 year reign of Christ on earth centered in Jerusalem. Ends with God's judgment on the final rebellion.

I'm not sure but is this list what all dispensationist follow?

If so in the list(3rd/human government) this dispensation applies to the children of Shem,Ham and Japeth and they are under the Noahide law?

Then there is the promise(Abraham,Isaac Jacob) but not made to Ham's, and Japeth's bloodline. from Shem to Abraham would not be included nor Shems bloodline past Abraham but only descendants from Abraham,Isaac and Jacob(Abraham's children)?

Then the Law,,given to Jacobs children and not made with (all) of the descendants of Abraham(Ishmael,Esau,Shuah,Ishbak,Medan,Midian,Zimran, ect)?

This is a clearer description of each of the 7, whom each apply to, and how they ended.

This is why I'm asking though https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millennial_Day_Theory which is the same basic list. There's a word in Genesis 2:4 https://biblehub.com/interlinear/genesis/2-4.htm that refers to these seven generation's of the heavens and the earth https://biblehub.com/hebrew/8435.htm ...

I'm saying this because this is also something taught among the Hebrew/Israel and others(1 Enoch,Jubilees ect.) long before it was referred to as "Dispensationism". If you notice dispensationist agree with me sometimes but at other times not(cant tell whose side I'm on),preterist assume I'm dispensational when I speak because I seem to be following the list you two provided when I am speaking of another. It also has seven generations and the beginnings and ending are a little different.(out side the camps)...

How so? John declares that the whore was judged for killing the prophets.

(Rev 18:20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.)

(Rev 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.)

How was the blood of the prophets found in the "world's system" when Jesus stated the blood of them would be required on the apostate Jewish nation?

(Mat 23:3 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.)

(Mat 23:36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.)
Like I said, the view is reasonable, but not conclusive. This entire world's system has martyred Christians, and continues to do so.

WHAT

Dispies are probably the most SYSTEMATIC and ORGANIZED and CLINICAL in their approach to Scripture. ITS LIKE A SURGERY.

I go to a dispie church rn, I SHOULD KNOW. They are calvinist too! Thats a rare combo!
I have mentioned the concept of union with Christ. Ephesians 2 shows that Jews and Gentiles are united in Christ, and in fact Gentiles are part of the commonwealth of Israel now. The church is one organism.

Dispensationalism fundamentally denies this by treating the two separate.

I know dispensationalists consider themselves to be the Einsteins of the evangelical world, but I don't agree. I don't believe they understand the organic storyline of Scripture.

I simply exegete the scriptures according to the scriptures, not according to man, but I have to admit I have read extensively the beliefs of the Dispensational jargon and it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Preterism, on the other hand, tends to put everything in the past without considering that we are still waiting for the glorious return of the Lord Jesus who will put an end to the agony of death and will give us a body unto the likeness of the body of His glory (Phi. 3:20-21, Rom. 8:11; 1 Cor. 6:14; 2 Cor. 4:14; Eph. 1:20; Col. 2:12]; 1 Thess. 1:10; Heb. 13:20.

Now, why don't we discuss what you believe and let us look into the word of God to see if it fits with God's eternal truth? (y)(y)(y)

View attachment 204098
Are we talking about partial preterism or full preterism?

I would not hold the position of full preterism, but partial preterism is reasonable.

There might be more than 7 of course, but theses are the generally accepted ones among dispys.

You have an incorrect view of what they believe in.

Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God 1 Corinthians 10:32

The church/Body of Christ is made up of believing Jews and Gentiles, yes.

But the unbelieving Jewish nation is separate from the the other 2 groups.

hello friend. can you tell me please what church teaches this? i love it. i want to know more what they say. why are all the pastors i listen to dispensationalists? they got best sermons that is the truth. only thing i dont get is pre-trib rapture, but maybe i will make a topic of it and ask all post-tribbers too how can Jesus say that its will be like days of noah, people giving in marriage and eating drinking in other words all goes as normal. but if you read revelation its not normal at all its much upheavel unprecedented catastrophies. so maybe Jesus was secretly speaking about pre-trib rapture there, so then church is raptured and flood came (tribulation, 70th daniel week) and took them all way. what do you think? @dcontroversal @All-posttribbers. this is one question that might make me convert even after all ive heard of post trib rapture. what u say?

i just think why would God give all these pre-trib dispensational men the gift of teaching and anoint their message if they are so wrong i dont know.

Many of the Pharisees were skilled teachers. Today is no different and I think very much like the religeous groups in Israel at the time of Jesus. I see Gentiles having a catastrophic fall on a par with what happened to Israel at the end of this age.

Zachariah 8
23 Thus saith the Lord of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.

There may not be a church that is pure dispensationalist at your area. Fortunately with the Internet, the barriers to entry has been made much lower for someone to learn more about dispensationalism.

If you are more into reading, I will recommend the books from the Berean Bible Society, particularly Cornelius Stam, their late founder.

If you are more into videos, I learn from Les Feldick and Grace Bible Community Church

Lot`s of sincere Christians have beliefs that are wrong. It`s easy to forget that knowledge isn`t a componant of salvation apart from a simple belief in Jesus and His ressurection.

The seven dispensations that were listed correspond to classical dispensationalism.

Some churches still teach classical dispensationalism but most have abandoned it. Dispensationalism has morphed since its initial introduction, with several camps that teach different things.

This makes it hard to criticize their views because defining them is as hard as nailing jello to the wall.

All of them believe that God has different plans in store for the descendants of ancient Israel versus the church, though. In essence, they believe God's intentions for Israel was thwarted by the rejection of Christ by the Jews at his first coming. If they had accepted Christ, he would have begun to reign as Messiah then.

It would be interesting to have you dispensationalists create a basic summary of what you believe and present it to us TOGETHER. I imagine you can't do it, because it would be like herding cats.

I challenge you to do it, though. Present to us a summary in a Word document, clearly written, with Scripture references to back up the position. Better yet, find a nice summary that you all agree with, written by some authority figure within the dispensationalist world.

we dont have a pope like the catholics that tell us what to believe

i have never met any dispensationalist who disagrees with those dispensations i posted. only differences i have ever seen is that some dispensationalists hyper-divide things and some believe you can lose your salvation and some dont thats it.

but really when it comes to the actual teaching of dispensations they agree.

you challenged me to present a word document clearly written with scripture references to back up my position, and i decline the challenge. because im not good with words, english isnt my native language and im not a bible teacher or pastor or anything like that. im just a pew sitting christian.

but i counter-challenge you to tell me what do you believe about eschatology? if u are not a dispensationalist what are you? covenant theologian?
