I was referring to the fact that you proclaim fornicators do not have salvation. I disagree according to the fact that Jesus says no one who has been given to him by our heavenly father will be lost. There are many fornicators who have faith in Jesus, and thank God the power of God’s saving grace in Jesus is greater than the power of our sin. Like I said, you have synaptic misfires.

Taking a verse out of context is not good practice. Read the verse in context.

So if a person is a fornicator, they may stay a fornicator till the day they die if they chose when they are regenerated ? Is that what you are saying? Or does the grace of God change anything in them?

The context is that all things are lawful for Christians but not all things are beneficial for Christians to do.

Why don’t you just substitute the word lie with fornicator. You are a liar, I’m a liar and so is everyone else living on this planet.

All things are lawful for us in Christ so we are not counted as liars in Gods eyes.

Why don’t you substitute fornicate with rape, murder, child molestation, idolatry etc? Are you saying these things are lawful for us.

I will give you one thing. Your position is consistent. It is the logical conclusion of lightskin’s and Undergraces pisition

The power of Gods grace is greater than the power of sin, therefore even though some of the Corinthians were fornicators, they were no longer. Because of Gods work and power.

I made it easy for you to see by using liar as an example. We are all sinners and come short of the glory of God. There are no levels of sin, lying is just as much a sin as murder.

All things are lawful but a TRUE CHRISTIAN will not be brought under the power of any.

1Co 6:12 (KJV) All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

Is believing that all sin is lawful a litmus test? Ie if you don’t think that all sin is lawful for a believer, you’re a work Salvationist? Is that how it works.

Where did I say that. You think a person who says they don’t fornicate has a problem. So I took your statement to its ligical conclusion if it’s a problem to say one is not this sin or that sin, it follows that everyone indulges in said sin.
