Are you saying Social Security is immoral?
Let me rephrase "forced redistribution of wealth."
That should answer your question.

You used to be honest... or so I thought. What happened?I have advice for you Bob ... do not ever go to Monaco... you would not like it all.
Well it has been fun, but your side kick not so much.
Over and out on this thread.
Why would I go to Monaco. I'm and ex drag racer. I was never interested much in pasta rockets or other euro trash cars.I have advice for you Bob ... do not ever go to Monaco... you would not like it all.

As long as the poor keep as the population of poor keeps increasing and the population of rich keeps diminishing by ration. The formula for a revolution becomes stronger. It's happened throughout history over and over and...Just to add my two cents...when a society is made up by rich people and poor people, it has a bigger chance of getting destabilized. Some sort of redistribution of wealth is necessary...and we have that already in big ole Lone Star. The alternative is the people starting redistributing wealth themselves...more often than not it gets ugly when they do...
Apparently she would rather not face or admit the truth that the love of money is evil. The adoration of it is a modern day version of Idoltry only the golden image has been replaced by paper. You used to be honest... or so I thought. What happened?
Who’s “she”? UnderGrace?Apparently she would rather not face or admit the truth that the love of money is evil. The adoration of it is a modern day version of Idoltry only the golden image has been replaced by paper.
Point well taken, however America has rich people, poor people and the working class in between. The rich people make the laws and ride the wave of monetary liberty with ease. The poor people are cared for by socialist politicians while the working class are the ones who get screwed. At least such is the case here in America today.Just to add my two cents...when a society is made up by rich people and poor people, it has a bigger chance of getting destabilized. I’m saddened and quite surprised such accusations were made against you. Glad to know those accusations are false. Your love for God shines through with so many of your posts.Yes that would be me... apparently people are watching me as I count and kiss my money every night.![]()

You think you are misunderstood when you take pot shots at people in your posts?I just take it as part and parcel of online communication and misunderstanding the written word apart form intonation, facial expression ....yada yada...
On other subjects I agree but her pro-economics vs pro-needy attitude is a thorn in my flesh. I admit.I just take it as part and parcel of online communication and misunderstanding the written word apart form intonation, facial expression ....yada yada...

Fair enough. You asked me before what I am doing in regards to my beliefs. Frankly it wasn't quite fair as now I'm disabled and retired. But my retirement is low partially because 1/3 of my adult lif I have worked in rescue missions, suicide prevention centers and Ex-con and addiction rehab centers. For near minimum wage and below. Often for free. I didn't go to Lon Beach City College to get a degree. All I was after was a counseling certificate.I do "luv" economics I will admit... I probably should have continued on it instead of switching fields of study, oh well, at least I can listen to fav economists on YouTube.
What people fail to understand is the welfare state has trapped people in poverty and this a well known fact.
Actually I am far more pro-needy than you realize you just cannot see it from my point of view you because your view is the government is the solution, if I am reading you correctly.
Which is fine, I just think you are wrong... as you think I am wrong... but I actually know you are wrong ....okay just kidding!!
