If the law is done away then so is the knowledge of sin, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.I am going with true. I hope you don't mind me asking, but why this post?

Its like using instructions to build a model, then after the model saying you still need the instructions
You only need the instructions if thr model is not yet finished.
So if you think you still need law. Evidently the purpose of the law has not yet been accomplished in your life, which should scare you.
I`m scared for you. I know what you show here is a mask.
lets see about a mask.
does a gentile Christ follower HAVE to keep the fri, twilight to sat. twilight Sabbath??
have to, or can one choose to?

I dunno why you would think I would say otherwise. You read more posts by my would be critics then what I actually said I guess.
you did not answer the question .
does a gentile, who was and not now under the Law, HAVE to keep the Sabbath.
that would be a yes or no.
How about:-We do away with the law and then we dont know what sin is?
How about:-
1. If it makes your neighbour unhappy it is a sin against man.
2. If we disrespect God, it is a sin against the Almighty.
That is excellent for our spiritual well-being, but what about the relationship with our neighbour? No laws = no sin, ur idea is rejected
What about this one,
36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
That is excellent for our spiritual well-being, but what about the relationship with our neighbour?
I wouldn't dare talk about our neighbours round here. (grin) I'm looking for a universal law that could apply to anyone of all faiths or no faith that would replace the hundreds of OT laws many of which are not applicable today, for example going to Synagogue on Saturday.I hope you aren`t talking about the neighbors around here
How bout this?
9 He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.
10 He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.
11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

So do I, but I was thinking about a universal law. Just passing the time on. God bless.I cant help you with any of that. I believe Jesus is the only path.
Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God.you did not answer the question .

Their not.Read post 6807. Several of you jokers criticize me without even reading what I said. Makes it hard for me to take anyone around here seriously.
