Some People don’t like my sig because it shows that one person who anathemizes me says the same thing I do, and six others liked it, a couple of whom argue with me tooth and nail for saying the same thing the quote in my sig says. 🤗

Good thing I can look up things said in the past. I can show inconsistencies in argument for a lot of people who like to flip flop. All ad hominem people
 
Interesting exercise. If you dare, read post 88,712 and 91,547 and observe who “liked” those posts, then compare that with how they respond WHEN I SAY THE SAME thing Dan said. It is an epiphany into some people’s character, when they flip flop based on convenience.

THAT is Not really a Slur. It is a false Gospel that got started by TV evangelists. They say, if you just accept Jesus as Savior, you are SAVED; and the TV evangelist's gets to put another Feather in his Bonnet; EVEN THO you still do not need to accept HIM as Lord.

That is a totally False Gospel, and let me prove it to you.

John 1:12-13 (HCSB)
12 But to all who did receive Him, He gave them the right to be children of God,

Amen. No such thing as Saviour and not Lord. Knowing the meaning of KURIOS makes this clear. We are bought with a price, and our body and Spirit belong to Him, making Him our kurios/Lord. This is about as elementary as you can get

Amen again and addendum... seeing that we are bought with a price, and our spirit and body are NOT our own, but are His ,(making Him KURIOS of us), we should not withhold from God what is rightfully His (our lives, body, and soul). That would be robbing God.. 😯

Now that is what I meant when I said, "A Born Again Chistian, will want to serve and please GOD." Obedience is the Product of LOVING HIM.

Nowhere did I say in my last post that I "do not work" for the Lord. What I said was that I received a blessing when I needed it most without having to "work." Point being, blessings are freely given by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as we need them and sometimes when we do not deserve them. Working for Him is a privilege and a byproduct of obedience. I treasure the "quiet and anonymous" work done for the Lord without fanfare and advertisement.

Right in your Gospel you promise to receive Jesus as Lord, what ever that means considering Jesus is Lord, in return for salvation

This is kinda funny VCO :D:D I am actually laughing as I sit here an type... do you think I am not saved LOL?

I wonder what people did before "Lordship salvation" was invented?

To be saved one needs a Saviour.

And the only way He can be our Saviour is because He is Lord!

You never want to with the "quid pro quo" part of your salvation plan I notice.

VCO, you and I know that confessing Jesus as Lord is merely acknowledging the truth, and anyone who does not submit to the Lordship of Christ is denying the Lord who bought them,Jude 4. Like the anti lordship people HERE that say that adulterers and fornicators go to heaven, they just don’t inherit the kingdom. Someone literally said that to me.
