"People" is a slightly general term for the subject, but yes, the sentiment is genuine. Anything done in the "flesh" will be exasperating. But could it be that you have not yet found the genuine love for God and His commandments yet? Please, don't take that the wrong way, but the work of The Holy Spirit in our hearts to love the Law is "supernatural". Not the same, but similar to when a young couple marries and the relationship is so easy as they are both satisfied with the relationship, then in some cases sadly "reality" sets in and the relationship begins to lean on the maturity of the commitment. But in our case the Holy Spirits presence gurantees the infatuation with Gods commandments throughout our lives here, giving us a "burden that is easy and a yoke that is light"
But again if two commands hang in the balance and you have to chose one, Which One? Damned if you do and damned if you don't, right? His mission was from the Father to "Save the lost sheep of the house of Israel" and so Yahshua's choice was based upon God's command to Him. He was faithful. Brings new meaning to the admonition;
Rom 14:4 NIV
(4) Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
We should take care not to put ourselves in the same position of "judging" Yahshua's actions! Very, very precarious place to put yourself.
Jesus gleaned on the Sabbath which is against the law, but as the Lord of the Sabbath Jesus could do that. The disciples did the same.
What mission were they on? And, Who sent them? If God sent Yahshua and His deputies/disciples then He/They were "Obeying" the Greatest commandment as first and foremost!
If anything, you should follow Yahshua's lead and when faced with "judging the actions of Yahshua" and ;

(37) Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'
(38) This is the first and greatest commandment.
You would chose the Latter or the Greatest! THis disregard for God's commandments has you wading into some dangerous waters. The Holy Spirit would not lead you here.
There is no one in particular that this is written to, but if you find your every waking hour searching for ways and reasons not to remain loyal and subject to the commandments of God then WHY?

There is a rest in being able to fulfill the First and greatest commandment, and it is a gift of Grace to have the supernatural desire! The true nature of being a New Creation is to have abilities to do the Good your Old man couldn't!

Most christians?
Most christians will tell you the instant their lives began was the day they were Adopted by God, made his child and given every spiritual blessing under heaven, Including the deal of the HS, And could finally rest from trying to be righteous themselves. And could rest on the knowledge that God, who began a good work in them, will complete it until the day of Christ.
thats what i said too which is why i dont believe Jesus broke the sabbath. otherwise we have wrong messiah

God’s law is greater than the Law of Moses.
Perhaps now those who preach Jewish Law which is not God's Law, will remain silent.
I don't refer to the ten commands as those of Moses. They were given to Moses by the Father so for me they are God's law. Which is why I asked for clarification as to what you meant when you referred to the Law. Thanks for doing that.

There is no difference. This was Paul's response to those who thought there was.
The commandments of Jesus as given in the Sermon on the Mount are different from the Mosaic Law.
We are to leave behind "the letter of the law written in stone" The old covenant, (flesh following law, through Obedience, without indwelling of spirit) of bondage and death.
And we are to follow the "spirit of the law , written in our hearts and minds" (spirit loving the law, walking and living in love, with indwelling of spirit)
then we do not have to be "perfect", as in perfectly following "the letter of the law",
but as repentant and forgiven, the spirit leading in all things in love toward God and our fellow man.
The New Covenant made possible through His blood and sacrifice, the Lord Jesus Christ, setting us free of the bondage, and defeating death now almost 2000 yrs ago.
John 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue but in deed and in truth.
John 3:19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him.
John 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
