Speaking of Adam and EVE.....they, by their own works and self effort attempted to cover their sin, nakedness and shame......God rejected it and had to fix it for them.....

The same is true of the workers for and salvation maintainers/losers......your attempt is as feeble as man sewing fig leaves together in an attempt to HELP GOD cover your nakedness and shame!

Therefore, we conclude that a man is justified BY FAITH without the deeds/works of the law.

And make no mistake.....if the works/deeds of the law will not justify before GOD, your own humanistic works will fail even more miserably.......as a matter of fact....they are as filthy rags before the God of heaven....

Trust JESUS....he saves to the UTTERMOST and KEEPS by his power, nor will he LOSE a thing!

Most people here on BDF, that believe salvation is not completely secure, will state this can happen.

I can see where God allowing us free will includes the free will for us to walk away, thus revoking the gift of salvation. That said, God remains faithful even when we are not, so it can be argued biblically that our choice is indeed restrained. Thank God He knows best. 😊

Reread my statement and hopefully you will see that you and I agree. The revoking of which I speak is done by humans. Again, that’s if it’s possible. It may not be possible. God remains faithful even when we are not.

That is the honest truth, ENVY APPLES are twice as good and Red Delicious Apple. Once in a blue moon, I find them in the Grocery Store.

And I buy as many as I think will not spoil.

If we are unbelievers, He will faithfully throw us into hell, being faithful to his New Covenant whereby "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on him." John 3:36 You can count on that!
