Sheeze. "Follow me"??

You don't know what it is you follow, actually, because it's visible in how you treat your "enemies" or opponents no matter how much claim this walk.
Enemies? I have no enemies. So I do not know what your talking about

I know exactly what I follow. It is spelled out in the word of God.

You see. I want to know what true sin is. Not just some sins which we are told not to do by God 4000 years ago, But true living sin. What is it, where does it come from? What can we do to stop it?

You would think you want to know. But you just want to keep looking and following the law which condemns instead of finding out what true sin is.

The words I use are the words Christ used against the same type of people who hated him because he spoke the truth which shook their religious traditions not rooted in the scriptures.

Same type.
I am talking about the questions you keep asking.. See how you work. I ask one thing, you twist it to some other things, then attack me as if I am the one making a mistake here.

No, you actually don't want to discuss the scriptures EG. You absolutely must derail and distract because your flesh absolutely hates where the conversation will lead.
Yeah I do. But when anyone talks to you all they get is how evil and unloving and unchristlike they are..

When do you want to discuss the word?

You already see it. There's only one inevitable conclusion when we actually pour through the scriptures in context.

So you have to keep interrupting. It's imperative. But hey, I could be wrong...so let's focus on the scriptures then to see.
Then why do you keep asking everyone the same old questions youhave been answered numerous times? Lets talk about scripture. Ok?

2 Timothy 3:16
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness,

When Paul wrote this was there a "NT"?
Yep there is. And ALL scripture must be taken in context does it not?

All scripture has a purpose, if we take one aspect of scripture and make it work AGAINST ints intended context and purpose what do we do? WE DESTROY the word. And make it say something it does not say/

Once again, Do YOU WANT TO DISCUSS SCRIPTURE> OR KEEP UP THIS NONSENSE??

The problem we have today is the same as that day at Mt Sinai. Many have not received the Holy Spirit. So they cannot find a love for the Law. It is not written upon their hearts to love the Law.
We have love for the law

Will you please stop thinking that people who want to put the law where it belongs as not loving the law.

when you stop questioning or examining to verify something it doesn't mean you stop believing it.

prime numbers are not divisible by anything other than 1 and themselves. i believe it. when i first heard it, i mentally took a list of prime numbers, and for each one tried dividing them by every number less than or equal to half of it. i tested and tried the definition. every time, the definition held. at some point, i stopped trying to test it, and just accepted it as true. that's not unbelief, brother bear, it's faith made complete. ;)

i don't see every post. i used to, when i was more active, which lol coincided with me being basically a shut in, sick, unable to work of attend to my household. some days i have so many notifications i can't look at them all. some days i don't really get a chance to think and to type out. sometimes a post makes me wonder, and gives me pause, and i go off and meditate and examine teaching and read and pray and it's a month before i understand how to respond. i'm not going to pretend i'm some wise & all-knowing guru here and perfectly answer all things, and play it off like i'm too cool and too holy to deign to look at the posts i didn't happen to respond to. truth is, i'm busy alot these days, and even when i have time, i need time to consider and i need to learn so, so many things.
i respond to what i can, what i see, as circumstances allow me time to and as God has given me understanding to. i ask questions that i think are important to ask and a lot of times i really think i ask things that do not have easy answers and maybe no one really has a satisfactory answer to. i ask because they are important questions to ask and because i want you all to think seriously about the answers, and i ask about things i'm truly ignorant about. if anyone thinks i imply something ridiculous by the questions like, God is evil, or the Bible is contradicted, or some other nonsense like that, then it's not me whose implying it but the answer that person thought was the obvious one.
Josh for example. i ask if the power of sin is written in our hearts. he says i am implying the law is sin. that's false. i'm not implying that, but the answer Josh gives to the question implies it. so what do you think is the truth? the truth is that answer that implies the law is sin, is the wrong answer. the answer is not, accuse post -- tho some call him wise to do so -- the answer is, something is wrong with the answer Josh's heart gave, which contradicted scripture. the answer is, find the right answer. the right answer is the one that glorifies Christ. the right answer is the one that agrees everywhere in scripture, not just *mostly* -- because God is holy, and perfect, and His word is perfect, and it is not simple.

i don't demand answers. i just ask what i think are good, relevant questions, and what i desire is that they be considered, even if they are unanswerable. one drop of His blood is enough. it is enough for me that i am able to stand and see His face. it is enough for me that whoever hears my question tries to see the answer that respects the glory of God and magnifies the name of Jesus Christ
I appreciate your answer!

How did they say we walk in christ? They said we walk BY FAITH.

HOW does god grow our faith? By TAKIN GSTEPS OF FAITH. How do we do this? By LEARNING TO LOVE AS HE LOVED!

This is what stops sin, Not our power of trying to stop something..

Your trying to do yourself what God wants you to sit still and let him accomplish IN YOU>

1. Your again a LIER, and have no comprehension of what I believe, because if you did, you would know I DO NOT BELIEvE WE SIT STILL AND DO NOTHING
2. lol. Gotta love your language! And you want us to follow you?? You can not even practice what you preach!! You break all kinds of commands,
Ya just can't admit it to yourself can ya EG?

Yer just a "wolf" in sheeps clothing aren't ya?

Although, you show time and time again, you are.

And nothing no one can say, or show you, is going to "blow yer cover."

Is it?

Although, like "Dirty Harry" said: "A man's got to KNOW his limitations."

You, have reached "your" limitations.

And, me, and everyone else, is "good" with that!

Where the BEEF comes?

Is when you start degrading, and belittling, ANYONE who's limitations exceed YOURS!

In your RELENTLESS insisting that "THEY" are WRONG!

A LOT of people know, some things are spiritually discerned!

Because "you" can't see it?

Doesn't make them wrong!

And "you" right!

You are right, in your limitations?

Why can't they be right also?

say i covet something. i can, by my willpower, forcibly modify my behaviour so i do not steal it.
but in my heart, i steal it, and covet it. modifying my behaviour has no value to stopping what's in the heart.

say i lust after someone. i can, by the effort of my will, impose modification of my behaviour upon myself so that i do not follow through with desire. but in my heart, i'm still an adulterer already. keeping my flesh from carrying out its lusts doesn't have any value to remove that lust that was already present.

so what i'm asking is, does it make sense that modified outward behaviour is the fulfillment of the law in His righteous ones? is that the sum total of it?
in the context of the sabbaths. are they just about modifying outward behaviour on certain days or is there an actual deep meaning to them that is spiritual, not merely concerned with fleshly inaction?
As the Lord describes them through Ezekiel: a sign, signifying that God is He who sanctifies. take what Christ said about the one who hates his brother, is a murderer in his heart, and apply it here -- what do i get?

this is related to - which maybe needs its own thread, IMO - what does it mean for God's law to be written in a heart, instead of engraved on stones and transcribed on scrolls?
what are we talking about when we quote Jeremiah 31 there? put in our mind and written on our hearts - what? the Torah is now memorized so you don't have to read it? is that all? is that what put in our minds' means? what does written on our hearts actually mean? we willingly embrace it instead of .. instead of what, being skeptical about whether to believe that's what it actually says?
why do people quote the law at each other if it's already memorized and embraced/accepted in the heart of the one it's being 'quoted at' ? is that contradictory?
but it's more than 'memorized' or 'accepted' ain't it? because you know, there is no more blood sacrifice. and the reason isn't, because you've memorized the laws concerning sacrifices. and you know, accepting physical circumcision can mean spitting on Christ. but physical circumcision is clearly written in the law. and you'll say, sacrifices are done away with by the Lamb of God given -- and physical circumcision is supplanted by the circumcision of the heart, done without hands. so this isn't 'circumcision and sacrifices are memorized and accepted' -- this is, those physical things in the law of Moses are transformed and fulfilled in a new way spiritually when they are found in the law of Christ. are they not?

what does this mean about clothes of mixed fabric?
what does this mean about trimming your beard?
what does this mean about sabbaths?
what does this mean about free-will & thanks offerings? shewbread?
what are the spiritual realities of those shadows?
Though I am spirit lead, I am aware my flesh is and will remain at odds with it all my life. The spirit within me convicts me when I do so "think" those things, my flesh being the part that "thought" it in the first place. I depend on the spirit to correct my inner man as I progress and it becomes a "natural" part of me, my soul and spirit. God wants me to "holy" not just holy led. If I am not refining my inner man what is it all for? What pleasure do I bring God if I am just a mirror of Him. I wish to be like Him, I do not wish to be Him. I know if the Spirit within us "memorized" for us, there would be no discussion, we would all be the exact same. That isn't what God wants. He wants us, to be a holy us, so that we may walk and talk with Him. If we don't do that, we don't get that. God has "given" me more breaks and gifts than I will ever deserve. God loves me. God loves me lots. God blesses me to where I can hardly breathe when I am giving thanks to Him. Maybe I have been in the word to long to relate to most of the "tuggings" of the flesh or maybe mine are just so different because against the commandments, my flesh doesn't even have hardly a nerve ending left. I don't feel the pull of any disobedience to them like hardly ever. Thank God one of them isn't, don't get angry. But it is a law. Well, I feel convicted of it so it is a law to me. And let me tell you, the Spirit has done a mighty work within me. But I have had to listen and obey and pray and repent, and it is has been a work, to get as far as I have gotten. Thank God I am going through the struggle of it now so that when I face God, I will be a much improved and holy as I can be soul.

I am assuming a lot of the questions were rhetorical. So what is it you believe? Do you use, abide, follow, or deny the law of the kingdom of God?

You're asking questions already answered by The Eternal One who DOESN'T CHANGE. 4000 years, 40,000 years, The Word doesn't change. You'll never find your answer beyond of The Word that was given.

I ask one thing, you twist it to some other things, then attack me as if I am the one making a mistake here
You FEEL attacked. That's internal. That's something you have to deal with inside of you. Stop making your insecurity my problem.

Me calling you a hypocrite was the first time I directly attacked you, after pages and pages of labels.

Then why do you keep asking everyone the same old questions youhave been answered numerous times?
I can ask anyone any questions I want, same as you. I can ask the same question to different people, same as you. What you won't find is me asking the same person the same question repeatedly.

But what you will find is you keep responding to me as if I keep posing my questions TO YOU. As if I'm repeatedly asking YOU. You're not Post or Grandpa or PS or any other member here. So stop acting like it. Stop projecting.

This is a question about scripture. You didn't answer my question. Note MY question is not the one you answered.

I didn't ask "IS there a NT".

I asked, "when Paul wrote that message to Timothy WAS there a NT?"

Now if I asked my question again, you'd think I'm repeating a question you answered. But you answered a question that I didn't ask.

To say you did would be twisting my question to fit your answer...but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt in thinking maybe you misread it.

Can you please answer MY question regarding scripture?

Christians do not go back to the Law in their personal lives, so why do you?
I never have left the law out of my walk with Christ? How could you? What keeps us from being law less. Having a law. SO THE QUESTION BECOMES DO YOU HAVE THE LAW OR ARE YOU LAW LESS?

I am not under Old Testament Law.

When Jesus died on the cross, He put an end to Old Testament law for the believer (Romans 10:4; Galatians 3:23–25; Ephesians 2:15), so I am no longer under Jewish law, and as I was born a Gentile, I never have been "under the law." The only law that applies to Christians is to love our neighbour as our self” (Matthew 22:37-39) and to “love the Lord your God with all your heart. We fulfil the law of Christ when we bear one anothers burdens (Galatians 6:2)

You spend a lot of time in the Word, don't you? Deep thoughts, seems like every day your perspective opens my eyes to Gods Word from a new and completely different angle. Don't know if I am saying it right, but I look forward to what I know being shook all about and saying "don't just stand there, MOVE FORWARD". Another day, another thank you.
Tis an honor, in serving the Living God, who's Loving Kindness endures forever, and Father of Jesus Christ!

Just trying to show by my testimonyings(?), that Jesus has the "key/s to the Kingdom of God."
But, of what use is knowing he has the key/s, and never taking them, to unlock the door/s in His Father's House.
Which has many mansions. Properly translated as "areas/places&/or, levels of abidance.
Jesus said He went to "prepare a place" for us. So that "where He is?" You "MAY" be THERE as well.
Flesh eyes, sell the "government" of the Kingdom of God, and Kingdom of Light SHORT!
Jesus didn't say you WILL be there! But, you MAY be there! Gotta USE the key/s! There AIN'T no "get outta jail FREE" card, either! ;)

Like I said, if you're accused here - when no accusation has been made - it's only your heart that's doing it to you.
so you're saying Satan is my heart? congratulations on your reward. enjoy it.

however i asked, who is it that that actually says 'let's sin all the more since grace abounds' ?
because i never seem to hear it except when it's falsely accused.

Why not say -- as some slanderously claim that we say -- "Let us do evil that good may result"?
(Romans 3:8)

is Paul writing about his own heart? it doesn't seem like he is, to me. maybe this is also 'a very specific idiom' ?

Sinai was a failure in that the people did not receive the Holy Spirit, They took it exclusively through a mediator/Moses.
the Spirit is a mediator:

He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.
(John 16:14)
where in Exodus does it say the Holy Spirit was being offered to indwell the children of Israel?
i think you're making that part up.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. And what does the Word of God contain? Law. Law is found in the old, in the new, in the prophets, in the psalms, It is everywhere. Shoot, it is inside us. I am thinking we should heed what we are told to heed. But people will scream Nooooooooooooooooooo, you can't do that. How will your heart and soul ever be able to distinguish between a gift and a work if you do? My God are you mad??? If you are living in faith, how will you not lose your faith if you keep using the laws given you for guidance to get to holy????? That can't be done. But I tell you here today, the wisdom and knowledge you receive from the hearing of the Word makes all that not just possible but renders it impossible to separate them. I know sounds to far fetched to keep the Word and the Living Word as ONE.

The law is ONE PART

It must be taken in context.

The law was given for a reason (see gal 3)

Taking it outside of its context makes us ill prepared to walk with god. Because we lack knowledge of Gods intention.
