Eph 1:4 (KJV) According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

I would say from before the foundation of the world.

In my childhood I had a waking vision of something that supports this, and it helped me get through many hard times before I ws convinced of Jesus, Yeshua, by the Holy Spirit later in life. God always takes care of each of us, yes He crtainly does.

Belong to God... The entire creation is Gods property so everything and everyone belongs to God..

But when do we become Children of God.. When does God become a Father to us.. When we believe His will for us and when we trust in the Atonement Jesus secured for our Redemption on the cross..

The sinners prayer is not supported by all protestant denominations..

We recieve the Holy Spirit when we believe Jesus and trust in the Atonement He secured for our salvation..

When we come to believe Jesus, Yeshua, we receive power to 2bcome" the children of God.

Many people who claim to believe God deny obeying Him as though it is work to obey our Father. Learn this, all, obeying our Father is not works ever, however it is our due.

Never call obeying our Father works as though we can do our Fathe somekind of favor, this is ignorant if not idiotice. To deny our Father's wisdom and understanding as worthy as to be our guide is foolheartly. Jesus Christ is our Example, and if He is so...He IS...THEN TO DENY OBEDIENCE IS TO DENY hiS BEING OUR wAY, tRUTH AND lIFE.

gOD BLESS ALL WHO BELIEVE OUR fATHER IN yESHUA, AMEN.

Luke 1:Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John. 14 And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth, 15 for he will be great before the Lord. And he must not drink wine or strong drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb.
Are some people of GOD born with the Holy Spirit?

Matthew 11:11 “I tell you the truth, of all who have ever lived, none is greater than John the Baptist. Yet even the least person in the Kingdom of Heaven is greater than he is!
12 And from the time John the Baptist began preaching until now, the Kingdom of Heaven has been forcefully advancing, and violent people are attacking it.
13 For before John came, all the prophets and the law of Moses looked forward to this present time.
14 And if you are willing to accept what I say, he is Elijah, the one the prophets said would come.
15 Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand!

This scripture Jesus says John is Elijah. It was prophesied that Elijah would return. So when we believe Jesus at His word and Him being the truth then it makes sense to assume Elijah already had the Holy Spirit. He was a prophet. So when John was born he already had the Holy Spirit if we belive that John the baptist is Elijah as Jesus claims he was.

We belong to God when we willingly surrender ouselves to Him. Every aspect of ourselves. That includes our possesions. Like the rich man who could not let go of all his possesions to follow Christ sadly learned this truth.

If we believe Jesus is God. The son of God sent here for us to pay for our sins and show us how to live for God, we will follow Him willingly. Without believing that Jesus is who He says He is, theres no way a person will lay aside there own intellect or pride or material possesions to follow Jesus. We will just continue to reap the fruit of our own way. (Proverbs 1)

Jesus is the way. There is no other way that leads to the Father. Those who know Him follow Him. They are called children of God. Its never too late and when you experience that, theres nothing that can ever compare to the love of God.

Hi 7seasrekeyed, It must have been wonderful to be introduced to our Savior at such a young age. I feel so sorry for this generation they have the worlds knowledge at their fingertips and yet most have no clue as to why they are even here. GOD has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember, even as a child I looked up for guidance and yes he has always been there protecting me. Within my studies of different cultures I've discovered that human beings at their very core feel a need for GOD from early childhood giving meaning to me that the breath of GOD gives us life and all Creation belongs to him. LOVE

When?

" 13 in whom you also, having heard the word of truth, the gospel your of salvation, in whom also having believed you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance to [/unto] the redemption of the acquired/purchased possession [G4047 - peripoiēseōs], to the praise of His glory." - Ephesians 1:13-14 [the "acquired/purchased possession" referring to "the Church which is His body" (see also Acts 20:28)]

This is true but this is not an indicator of when.

You can apply this to Peter for instance. He heard Jesus. He then believed Jesus. He recieved the Holy Spirit later in the upper room. So although all these have to be in their rightful order, it does not have a specific timeline. Every believers testimony varies.

What you seem to be referring to, is the time prior to Jesus having been "glorified"... such as that to which the following verse refers:

"39 Now He said this concerning the Spirit, whom those having believed in Him were about [or, certain/sure to] to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified." John 7:39.

After that point (and like Eph1:13 is exactly saying), it is upon "belief ['having believed']" that we are "sealed with the Holy Spirit" (and not some point in time, long afterward). This is the unique privilege of "the Church WHICH IS HIS BODY" (those saved/coming to faith "in this present age [singular]").

I agree. But what im inferring is that every testimony varies as to how long it takes to recieve the Holy Spirit. Many believe in Jesus the Bible tells us even the demons believe.

When we believe it is then the process begins and for every believer that timeline varies. But God is faithful and fullfils every promise. The Holy Spirit is a promise. Some may recieve it the first day they go into a church, others may take months because they refuse to let go of certain sins and fully repent. Its a process. There is no specific timeline. But the Holy Spirit indwelling is the seal.
