My understanding is that Noose does not peddle a losable salvation.
That's not given until Jesus judges us.
Therefore no salvation to begin with.
It's only given when Jesus judges our works.

The Phrase Thou shalt Love is a one word phrase that is derived from the word AGAPE in the Greek, and it is agapao.
In Rom. 5:5, which may be foolishness in your mind, GOD had the Holy Spirit Pour GOD's Love directly Into our heart, which is a synonym for Human Spirit. The same is true about the Heart in the VERSE in Luke 10:27. Since it appears YOU have never been Born again, it is IMPOSSIBLE for YOU to Love to that DEGREE as HE is describing here. You have to have been BORN AGAIN, birthing your Human Spirit (HEART) with an Eternally Alive HEART or Human Spirit. That will come, when YOU SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE in Self Efforts, and come to HIM Mourning and Weeping over your Utter Sinfulness. And RECEIVE JESUS as your LORD, meaning MASTER. You have to be BORN AGAIN to LOVE like that.
This may help you understand. When GOD's LOVE enters your HEART, it is a SEED in the Fertile Soil There. THAT SEED WILL PRODUCE THE SAME KIND OF LOVE AS THE PARENT SEED. Thus, only when you are BORN AGAIN, can you LOVE like GOD LOVES. That is AGAPE LOVE. Until then, you can only love like any human being can love. THAT IS WHY YOU NEED TO DEPEND ON GOD's LOVE PLANTED IN YOUR HEART.
So that kind of LOVE is AGAPE LOVE. The very next phrase is: with all your soul. The word Soul, can have Different Meanings, but in this Context it has the meaning of Human Mind, and I can prove that to you.
Luke 12:19 (NKJV)
19 And I will say to my soul, "Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and be merry." '
Here is Jesus making an analogy where HE is talking about a man debating in his human mind, which HE calls the SOUL.
And Here is an example of HIM calling HIS HUMAN MIND, SOUL.
John 12:27 (NKJV)
27 "Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? 'Father, save Me from this hour'? But for this purpose I came to this hour.
Therefore, what HE is saying in Luke 10:27 is:
You shall with GODLY LOVE, LOVE GOD with ALL YOUR HUMAN SPIRIT, ALL OF YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL OF YOUR STRENGTH.
Now can you see the impossibility of that task ? ? ?

Loving your neighbor is not an impossible task, i don't know where you get the idea that it is impossible love your neighbor.
The Lord has said His command is not burdensome meaning that we can obey Him and keep His command to love.
The Lord does not command you to do anything and then accomplish it for you, if He accomplishes it for you, it will not be a command. But it is a command and we need to obey. How can we be obedient if we don't keep a command?
Romans 8:2-4 -
