They're called "Feather tailed bettas" and while it is not actual feathers on their fins, they have a feather like appearance. Do a search on them. So many types and colors! So pretty!
 
Yes just look at all the creatures He has made.....they are funny to us. I'm relying on the fact that God even laughs at ..........US! 💖💖💖
