They've been airing this TCM July 2019 Highlights commercial during the breaks between movies on Turner Classic channel. I love the song! It's called "Sea Gets Hotter" by Durand Jones and the Indications. Pretty smooth summery song. 
By the way, Aaron Frazer is the drummer & does vocals,. He's also a Christian and has his own band, The Flying Stars of Brooklyn. (Check out his song, "My God Has A Telephone")
