No one earned, merited, or deserved the GIFT of eternal life, and no one can maintain it either.Just not scriptural. We must maintain ..."until the end"...death.

Scripture is so clear on this I do not know how you can even deny it?
No one earned, merited, or deserved the GIFT of eternal life, and no one can maintain it either.
this is true, but the here is the biggest lie-
belief and faith and trust in Christ is not enough and will not save you, you have to earn or maintain your salvation.
that is the biggest lie.
nope. total lie.
Paul clearly states that our salvation is NOT of ourselves, but a gift of God.
so, if one has to properly obey, then that makes it of oneself .
obedience is a result of salvation , not a maintainer.
Grieve is not lose.....nor is there a verse that states we are unsealed.....Have you ever seen any NT verses which warn about the Holy Spirit leaving us?
But, even though He dwells in us ...
we can still become estranged from Christ and fall from grace (Galatians 5).
Agreed?
There is not much more to say than this. Pretty cut and dry if you will.A little too simplistic.
All of your sins (past, present, future) have been forgiven
All of your sins have been forgiven - when we come to Christ this is true, because we have
repented of our sins and accepted the cross as the atoning sacrifice.
This does not change our potential or remove our struggles with sin
You are now righteous
We are righteous because we have been forgiven and have faith in Jesus.
Imputed righteousness through faith is our state. But if we sin, we need to repent and get
right with God. It is our faith that maintains our righteousness and not our behaviour, but
our behaviour will destroy our faith if we continue in wilful sin.
You are now holy
We are holy, as God cleansed people. It is the washing in Christ that makes us holy,
and why the Holy Spirit can dwell within us.
You have been saved and you can never lose your salvation
The cross brings us security of salvation, and maintains our fellowship in the Spirit.
Denying this dependency that salvation is abiding, living, loving is not faith.
Being sealed without the desire to stay abiding and staying, is not salvation.
Knowing we can walk away is not the same as actually doing it.
I don't know what Bible you follow but, it is wrong.
If you do not prepare your heart through repentance, baptism and living a righteous life and you have not..."maintained until the end". Your eternal salvation is lost.
Your position on this smacks of new age religion stuff and is not supported by the Bible...KJV 1611 edition.
The fundamentals of G-d's intent does not change.

Are you involved in habitual sin, i.e. unrepentant sin?... I am saved by him, in his blood in his promise, in his strength.
He saved me and maintains me.
I fall, but he rescues me.
FYI, this verse refers to people before they become born-again.Romans 3:10 states "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one"
And yet you are saving yourself by "living a righteous life".
FYI, this verse refers to people before they become born-again.
Then, at that instant, they are declared righteous, and etc.
After, if they're practicing righteousness, they remain righteous in God's eyes!
Would you like to see ALL of the NT verses about "practicing righteousness".
so, lets say we buy a classic car, here in Australia that would be a 1985 Nissan pulsar turbo hatchback. Now we hire a mechanic/artisan to rebuild it back to new. Then we take it home, we don't service it , wash it, vacuum it , drive it on 4wd tracks, then when it breaks down, we take it back to the artisan and complain that he didn't do his job and the car failed? So therefore we want our money back? No I didn't think so eitherNo one earned, merited, or deserved the GIFT of eternal life, and no one can maintain it either.

You give yourself to much credit man.Just because Jesus has refurbished you back to new, doesn't mean he has the responsibility of keeping you that way , you have to be as sin free as possible, worship God etc, do all the things that the bible tells you to do . Its a gift, its up to you to maintain it. Saving puppies and kittens from the animal shelter won't get you to heaven either
Paul said 3 times we are sealed UNTIL the day of redemption. And in no case any time did he give any exception which would cause that seal to be lost. Before that time. But, you can ......unseal yourself..... during the life on this earth by loosing your born again status.
