These passages are not speaking of "water," but of "His Death" (His actual death, in time/history [32ad], on the Cross).
Galatians 3:27 correlating also with Romans 6:3, saying, "For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ."
And when we trusted Christ and His finished work for salvation, this took place: "for also in one Spirit we all to one body were baptized, whether Jews or Greeks, whether servants or freemen, and all into one Spirit were made to drink" 1Cor12:13. [again, not speaking of "water" here]
P.S. I'm not saying there's no such thing as "baptism" in water, in Scripture, I'm just saying the above verses do not refer to that.
