16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved ; but he that believeth not shall be damned . (Mark 16:16 KJV)

23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat , because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin. (Romans 14:23 KJV)

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2 Thessalonians 2:12 KJV)

This is not the same thing as using the word as an expletive ("Damn it!").
 
Matthew 23:33.. Some versions use "damnation." Sorry, not damned but close lol

Nope, can't say I ever have even heard of him.

This is off-topic i know... but Ted Dekker is just as amazing if you haven't read anything by him yet! He's my favorite author of all time! I started reading Peretti and ended up loving Ted Dekker even more! He's also a Christian horror/suspense author and also has some movies to go along with his books <3 i don't like his movie "thr3e"... it's filmed terribly! And I havent seen any others except for "House" which was good! :) All of his books are fantastic though!
