Well....3 of the 4 females had about 9 kittens I think...was their first round haha

One day do weights...... next do a run. But I will admit has been too hot for me these past few days... no run

Yes makes sense, maybe I have just been lazy the past few days heat/humidity was just an excuse.
I love running when it is really cold.... so I do find in the summer I tend to slack off a bit.

Yeah I like to cut and split my wood for winter in the summer.....I can drop like 5 to 10 kilos in three weeks and be done long before winter arives.....

Oh yeah, well I like to crank up the furnace long before the first snowfall and I am sure I must a burn at least 30 calories in that effort

Hahahahah hilarious......wood heat is so much better....I freeze in gas heat which only lasts as long as it is on and blowing.....I can keep my whole house 24 to 27 c day and night and it costs me about $1 a day hahahah plus cutting, splitting, throwing and stacking wood keeps me in shape haha
