God's Love Has Been Poured Out Into Our Hearts Through The Holy Spirit. ( Romans5)

When We Were Still Powerless Christ Died For Us,

We were all sinners and we all needed saving. It is written:
Just as sin entered the world through one man, and through
sin, death came to all people. God sent His Son on to the
earth so through the cross Jesus would save all people.
The head of the serpent was severed and forever more we
live under grace. The Lamb came to redeem the world from
hopelessness to eternal life. While God's redemption is here,
we must still surrender to God. It is still necessary to accept
His precious grace and fill our hearts with His love. Through
this process, we have freedom rather than torment. Rather
than fear, our redemption comes from His love and is passed
on to all who will continue to follow Him every day. Following
Him means being like Him and loving like Him. We pass on
God's love through the Holy Spirit is in us. This brings joy to
our own lives because we bring love to others. Scripture says
"Be happy, always happy in the Lord". Now is the time.

Amen and Amen. I could not agree more, this is the truth being testified, and praise God for it. That whole "surrender" thing is a very hard concept from the other side, from the "dead in our flesh, fallen state" we are born into. It was Him that picked me up when I fell after seeing the truth of where "my way" lead. I fell to the floor broken thinking I had already done the whole "Christian thing" before, and it didn't help. Ah, but that's the point and exactly what the problem is, we believe we hold the sovereignty, and that we are going to "figure it out", but we have to let that go. It took me losing the use of my right arm to bring me to my knees and see how much power I truly had, none.
I hit my knees broken, hopeless, with nowhere to turn, and I threw my hands up in surrender declaring "I can't do this anymore", and "World I Quit", but the God I thought I already knew and had written off as fake, picked me back up giving me a new life, I was picked up by His grace and mercy, He stood me back up with Hope, purpose, love, peace, and a resurrected spirit now reconciled to His, praise Jesus mighty name. King Jesus, our Savior.
