God creates evil for good. He created hell to condemn evil people there. He uses evil people for his purposes which is all for good because God is good. God did not make people become evil but those who become evil by choice, they will be used by God for His glory.

The first thing God established in genisis was the heavens and the earth, the second was order out of chaos. Not removing it but bringing light into the world (cosmos).
Truth in scriptures deal with cause and effect. Evil is the perpetuation of sin. As the flood of Noah demonstrates it does lead to a judgement.
Lucifer was judged.....he became Satan
Anything is this world that is without God (light) is chaos and will be judged.
Sin is a trespass against God. Praise God it can be forgiven and forgotten. Left unrepented it turns into chaos such as the story of mankind.
Jesus came into this world as a light . He also said that we become light by faith in him. Those that choose darkness (chaos) are judged.
The darkness in man is believing in himself ....he needs no God ....there is no God. In genisis we read that Adam and Eve became aware of their nakedness ( self awareness) and we're ashamed.

Hell was created for the devil and his angles.

Ahh are you a Latter Day Saint? that’s their belief, no where in scripture that I know of that God changed the name from lucifer to satan. not saying there isn’t but do you have any scripture that supports the name change?
Remember in the New Testament when it said that the foolishness of God is wiser than the best of human wisdom, and in another place where it said that God's anger is righteous and just unlike human anger. It is the same here. God's evil is Justice, which is Holy and good. I think this is the right way to see it.
Had you carefully studied the matter, Lucifer* "the anointed cherub" is called Satan throughout the Bible. That is the equivalent of the Hebrew ha Satan, which means "the Adversary". And that is God's designation for the devil. Satan is the Adversary or Archenemy of God, Christ, and Christians.

Yes you are right, but the name was never changed, he wasn’t called lucifer in heaven, that is made up theology out of Isaiah 14. There are several names to describe the adversary. the Catholics have done similar things along other denominations. No where in scripture is it written his name was changed.
Yes ha satan is about the adversary, and just satan is used to discribe people too, I’ve read. I’m not debating rather how many times it’s in the bible, it’s the name change as of was called lucifer in heaven is hog wash.
G-d is Creator of.......ALL.
However, He does not cause application of evil. He allows it to be experienced under certain conditions that are part of His plan.
This is made clear with the Job experience. Study it carefully.

Your argument is on sinking ground. Weather or not these are names the fact remains God did not create the devil, Satan, he created Lucifer, Lucifer became the devil, Satan by rebelling against God.
Morning star is another, he was among all the morning stars in the beginning.
