HELLO, are you there???!lol -
every night when I lay my head upon my pillow, at some point I will recite,
among other scriptures,
'Great peace have they who love Thy Law, and NOTHING shall 'offend them'... -
this almost always puts me into a lovely, peaceful rest from 'everything imaginable'...:)
