I keep getting a message that I cannot post 10000 characters or whatever? So my response is here.
Thanks for your reply nwl. What your doing is contradicting the Scriptures. Sure, you do say you believe Jesus existed before the earth was created and God used Jesus to create all things through Him. I don't know how many times I have to say it but God said He created the heavens all alone and by Himself, end of story.
You also said the "angels" shouted with joy, so what? Where in the Bible does it say the angels helped God? Sure they shouted for joy, "AFTER" the Lord created everything. I shouted for joy when I saw the plans of the architect of my custom home and then when the house was finally built my wife and I really shouted with joy thanking the Lord God. I did not have a hand in building my house. Which means that Job 8:4-7 still does not say the angels helped God create anything. In spite of the fact that angels are created beings themselves. Plus you have already made Jesus Christ a created being and then you come up with the excuse that all things were created "through" Him and for Him. Thus your avoiding the clear reading of John 1:3, Colossians 1:16, Hebrews 1:10 as well as Revelation 3:14. John 1:3, "ALL THINGS CAME INTO BEING BY OR THROUGH HIM, and apart from Him (or without Him) NOTHING has come into being that has come into being."
As you know I already mentioned Isaiah 44:24 where the Lord created by Himself. Here's another one for you? Isaiah 40:12-15, "Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, And marked off the heavens by the span, And calculated the dust of the earth by the measure, And weighed the mountains in a balance, And the hills in a pair of scales? vs13, Who has directed the Spirit of the Lord, Or as His counselor has informed Him? vs14, With whom did He consult and who gave Him understanding? And who taught Him in the path of justice and taught Him knowledge. And informed Him of the way of understanding? Vs15, Behold, the nations are like a drop in a bucket, And are regarded as a speck of dust on the scales, Behold He lifts up the islands like fine dust."
So nwl, you still want to insist that the Lord God needed help in creation? In view of this, in what respect did God need Jesus Christ to help Him since you believe Jesus was created? How is it then that John 1:3, Colossians 1:16, Hebrews 1:10 clearly reveal and say all things were created by Jesus Christ? How know how to reconcile all of this but you don't. The reconcilation is explained and it has to do with "Who is the angel of the Lord."
Since you insist that the angel of the Lord is just that, an angel, I'm going to tell you right now that's impossible. The angel of the Lord is the preincarnate Jesus Christ. In my other post to you I quoted most of Genesis 22. I think I also ask you a couple of questions? For instance, why does the angel of the Lord call out of the heavens two times to Abraham? Why did not God Himself call out since at other verses He has called out of the heavens?
Here's the "nut" of my argument. It clearly says at Genesis 22:15-17, "Then the angel of the Lord called to Abraham a second time from heaven. vs16, AND SAID "By Myself I have sworn, DECLARES THE LORD, because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son. vs17, indeed I will greatly bless you, and I will greatly multiply yur seed as the stars of the heavens, and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your seed shall possess the gate of their enemies."
According to the Jewish virtual library a "shilach" which is an agent for a principal CANNOIT SWEAR OATHS on behalf of a principal. In this case the pricipal is God. Moreover, here is what Hebrews 6:13-14 states, "For when God made the promise to Abraham, SINCE HE COULD NOT SWEAR BY NO ONE GREATER, HE SWORE BY HIMSELF." vs14, saying, I will surely bless you, and I will surely multiply you." An angel is not greater than God Himself therefore Jesus Christ is God.
I'm going to brag a little bit and tell you that there is no excuse you can bring up that I know the answer to. In fact, here is a very popular excuse bring up from Genesis 22:12. "And he said, Do not stretch out your had against the lad, and do nothing to him; FOR NOW I KNOW YOU FEAR GOD since you have not withheld your son, your only son from Me." It's not at all unusual for God to speak in the third person, which He is doing here. Zechariah 3:1-2, "Then he showed me, Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him, vs2, And the Lord said to Satan, "THE LORD REBUKE YOU Satan! Indeed the Lord who has chosen Jersalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire."
So both the angel of the Lord and God the Father were both there at the same time. One God manifested as two persons. God also speaks in the third person at Job 1:8 and at John 2:3. I can also bring other verses as well. And btw, keep in mind that if you saw a crime and you were called into court as a witness to testify, you could not send your Uncle Harry to testify for you. Even you could not make it to court the court will send a court official to "depose" you.
Also, God swore by Himself at Exodus 32:13, and Isaiah 45:23. I suggest you real them yourself. In closing the angel of the Lord "NEVER" appears in the New Testament as the angel of the Lord. Any questions you have I will be happy to address.
