I could use a three week break Hell a 1 week would be great now.. I am pushing 55 - 70 hour work weeks since April, with a few 80s thrown in for good measure
Dude.....I get back take, a few days and come down..have a cabin you can stay in and relax a few days....we can bounce scripture off each other between grilled steaks haahhaahha

That would be awesome!! We are headed to the great north here in a few weeks. For relaxing time on the water and some scuba diving, and the rest of my time will be spent on the new house.. Still have alot of work to do. But once things get settled I sure will give thought to trying to make that happen (if the wife approves..lol)
No...my brother and I found my mom dead about 3 weeks ago in Missouri....I came down for a break and to visit friends and personal reasons.
I knew about your Mom, however I temporarily forgot, but I did not here where was her home. I am sorry, it seems like I was insensitive, now. Please forgive me.

I’m sorry, dc. My mother too has passed. She died peacefully in her sleep. I am grateful for her and that she left Earth peacefully.
I hope it was peaceful for your mom, too. She raised a fine son. I’m sure she was very pleased and blessed with you.
Many (plenteous in number) will come before the throne claiming Jesus as Lord and a right to enter based upon what they have done in his name.....many here on this site peddle this type of philosophy.....they will be cast from his presence into the proverbial lake of fire!!!

if Jesus ever spoke to me, I think his message to me is "my child"True, the way is narrow (ONLY Yeshua/Jesus), not many find it.

That is the normal way GOD speaks to us through the Scriptures, a still small voice or gentle whisper. When you Study HIS word, it will come to you, as you meditate on what you just read, in a quiet room. Like it is part of my Conscience. The two times that I heard HIS audible voice, was VERY SCARY, because HE was yelling because I was about do something that HE did not want me to do.

WAIT FOR GOT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A SOULMATE. I tried to Kick the door open to a Marriage, and Six months after she Married me, she demanded a divorce, because I could not earn enough to buy her what she wanted in life. That was the route cause of my 3 attempts at Suicide.
The soulmate was introduced by a mutual Friend, about a 1.5 years later. I suspected she was my soulmate from the first night, by the ease I had to converse with her. It was like we were OLD FRIENDS. By the second week, I KNEW that SHE was whom GO had Chosen for me. We were married for 36.5 years, before the Lord Called her home.
WAIT FOR THE LORD, you will know when it is the right woman.

I think if we continue to seek HIS kingdom, He will provide us the things we need, including a spouse.
Brother.......not sure how to answer that....time, maturity etc.....and as far as your weight....get some protein supplements and lift weights or do pull ups sit ups etc....I weighed 125 pounds when I went in the Marine Corp and gained 35 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks....now I hover around 185
