Well a pen pal requires people to give out some or all information about where they live. Most people wouldn't be willing to give that information out to random strangers on the internet.
Many won't even give out their email to a random stranger. It seems if you're looking for fellowship start out using this fellowship site and communicating here. There's lots of differing views and perspectives without going off site.
Eventually maybe you'll get along with someone willing to share more information.
