Does not change what I said which was a direct quote....and NO ONE automatically loves GOD....it is a process of growth and maturity.......LET the LOVE of GOD be PERFECTED IN YOU <------the word PERFECTED = GROWN and MATURED
You can love God while your love is growing and maturing. :)

Where did dcon say paul wrote 1 john?
🤔
You know I never said that.....and notice how he, as a false religionist, contradicts himself......he agrees the bible speaks of the conflict between the two natures and then disregards it to to build his false dogma over what JOHN wrote......such are the ways of falsies....

yes, God poured his AGAPE love to us

It still does nto mean we AGAPE love him before or right after we are saved.

Once again, that is impossible.
The word perfected as applied unto the LOVE of GOD in our lives and let it be PERFECTED proves it is a process of growth and maturity......

Where do you see two natures in John 3:6-10. I see no such thing. I see a contrast between those who are born of God and those who are not. Read the red part of the text below, and see the proof that your interpretation of the text IS WRONG.

1 John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

What is manifest? The new nature and the flesh? NO. what John is talking about is a contrast between those who are born of God and those who are not. JUST LIKE MOST OF THE REST OF THE BOOK.

The english word love hurts. People do not undertand what real biblical Love is, they think just because you have a feeling, it is love.

Its not..

Yep, and something that is perfected has to exist before it can be perfected. We love God and as we are loving God, that love grows and is perfected.

I do not know which is worse

Ole Petery or Mac. They both get mad and start slandering people when they do not get their way. Its like the word is not good enough for them.

And the blame shifting? How can you expect people to think your from God when you can not even humble yourself to admit you made a mistake.

Oh, let me go cry in a corner because people have me on ignore. I am not motivated by the need for popularity.

There is no mention of two natures in 1 John 3. Just a mention of those who are born of God and those who are not.

1 John 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. (no two natures here, just two different types of people)

The whole book is talking about discerning what is of God and what is of the devil and of the world. Not about two natures.

You would have the new nature as of God and the body as of the devil. That is Gnosticism.

True

But that is not what John is talking about if that is what you means,

He is compairing and contrasting those who are of God, Vs those who are of their father the devil.

We “practice” our nature

Those who are of satan “practice” sin

Those who are born of God “do not practice sin” because they are by nature children of god and have their seed in them.
Just a reminder for eternally grateful. This is what you said, and DC is calling it drivel, because I am saying the same thing, and he is calling what I am saying religious drivel, so that means that he thinks what you said here is religious drivel.

You're on the wrong side of the fence in this discussion. Unless you want your dislike of me to change what you believe and defend.

Yep, right. 1 John was not written by Paul. So it breaks every rule of biblical interpretation to transpose something that Paul wrote onto something that John wrote when 1 John 3: 10 makes it clear that was not the authors intention.

Why don't you learn from your friend, eternally grateful.

I guess they think if they can discredit you it proves their truth is the gospel truth.

It makes them look worse. Not better,

But they can not see that

Who knows. Maybe they need to do it for their own benefit, because they do nto even really trust themselves. And they need to prove themselves that they are right.

No.....I am calling your view and religionist false gospel drivel....get your facts straight.......the bible is clear....until this body is raised or changed we pack two natures that fight each other for control....the fact you deny this proves your inability to be honest....now....quit lying and be honest
