You have to be careful with these...Just looking on google about this make , their juices are made from concentrated juice , plus a lot of sugar that is not natural...
Also , you don`t know how long they been on the shelf , fresh juice from a juice bar is great , you know you are getting the real thing...xox...

Oh my gosh, I never knew juicing could be so tempting. I make up a trice weekly smoothie with spinach, beets, berries, plain Greek yogurt, flax seed, turmeric a little honey and water. It's always the same. You've opened up my eyes to lots of possibilities. That soup looks especially yummy.

Congratulations on taking control of your health. I wish you every success on your journey. Through God all things are possible. I've known people who have sent their type 2 diabetes into remission through food choices. You can do this!

I'm on a similar journey but haven't given myself over to juicing, but I'm going to pray on it.

God bless.

Hi Cyndy...
I am going to pray for you sister...
I am so happy that God has set this plan before me , I only wish I knew what I know now years ago , but all is in Gods timing , not mine...

Thank you for your kind comments on my pictures , I have a great one to post later today that looks like chocolate ice-cream , taste like rich chocolate ice-cream , but it is not chocolate ice-cream ;)...
I made it yesterday for the first time , and my sister who has a sweet tooth like me could not believe it was not ice-cream , look out for the picture later...

Juicing is wonderful , I also blend to depending on my need...
Juicing heals every cell , and one verse that I love from the bible about what God has given us is this...

Genesis 1:29
And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.

This helps me so much because it is the word of God...xox...

the mixing of the blue cheese and cc is very similar to the video!
I like blue cheese flavor, and the thought of eating something that has stuff in it that grows in the dark (penicillin mold) is appealing to a guy.
Pineapple is agreeable in Cottage cheese as well.
Bon Appetit!

Pineapple and ricotta cheese together is Yum!(y)(y)(y)

Thanks! Ricotta would be similar to CC. There is a dairy here that produces a dry curd Cottage Cheese used for lasagna and such in place of or with ricotta.

Cottage cheese is more healthier than ricotta and therefore less tasty but ricotta is still better for you than most cheeses. Apparently the more orange a cheese is (like in McDonalds burgers) the more fat it has. Ricotta and cottage are white cheeses with alot less fat. That's as far as my knowledge in cheeses go

ohhhhhh I found a ricotta here that is sooooooo good! It's imported so cost a little more than the stuff in the dairy case, but when I make Italian dishes with it........... even my kids notice the difference!
MMMM Pineapple/ricotta sounds so good!

( I thought he color was added)
Holsteins gave a lot of milk but the butterfat content is low, almost blue in color, Jersey's give less milk but the butterfat content is much higher, giving it a yellowish color, Guernsey's have a higher protein content, but it has been a long time since I turned the spigot on a milk cow.

The more I read, the more I'm learning! I'm going to keep an eye on this thread. Maybe not go full juicing at first, but I'll start with breakfast and lunch every other day. Then, build on that. I find if I plunge too fast into anything I don't stick as well as when I go slow. I'm the turtle not the rabbit. Thank you all so much for the info, annnndddd I can't wait to see the pic and recipe of what tastes like chocolate ice cream but isn't. Whoo Hooo!

P.S. Thanks for the prayers Rosemaryx!
