Men don't need to talk as much as women, we figure stuff out on our own pretty much, until, as you mentioned, there may be a few subjects. Women bond by talking, men bond by doing things together, watching football ( the real kind, with the pointy ball), shooting and hunting, fishing, nascar, blowing stuff up, etc.

Oh ya, and the stuff we do right after we holler "hey everybody, watch this!" and right before going to the E.R. in the meat wagon.

The site has never had a men's forum. In reality the biggest reason that RoboOp has never created a specific men's only forum is that they don't last. Over the years several persons have created men's only chat groups (I'm not sure if this format has the capability) and every time initially the traffic would be high but within a month or so they would die out.

that is kinda what happened on the gun thread, we were busy for a bit, then men get on other missions from the Lord and can't or don't stop in. Hornet man was there for a bit, myself, and few others, I see didymous just posted as I dredged it up from the archives, perhaps this will be a re-occurrence of that pattern as we bond for a bit and then go off to do what He would have us do to be His hands and feet here. he works through us and He puts us in places to do His good will before He returns.
 
Believe it or not, not all of the men here are actually men. And not all of the women are truly women. People pose as the opposite gender on here quite frequently. Some even pose as teens.

Illegal perverts will always be with us, lurking in every forum. Is the solution to shut the whole site down? Same logic applies, yes?

I find it very :cry: that a christian site doesn't have a place for the males.............. not all guys are into guns therefore aren't going to go into a gun forum. And as far as posers........
well, God sees what they are up to! He is the one who will ultimately deal with people who break a sacred trust..............
Personally, I know of a lot of older male users who would have very valuable insight and guidance for men seriously seeking................

But if a guy isn't into guns, isn't there a good chance he's actually one of the posers? Perhaps that's a way we could use to separate the real guys from the ladies just pretending by wearing a fake beard and using a deep voice?

Soooooo you are saying that men I KNOW in REAL LIFE who are NOT into guns and such are NOT men b/c of that???
OH geez! Perhaps it is :poop: like this that keeps a mens forum from being established. HOW SAD!!!:cry: My heart aches for the brothers who are looking for support!
For a site with nearly ninety-five THOUSAND members, I find it VERY HARD to believe that ALL (TRUE) MALE users are into guns/sports/etc. Wouldn't a mens forum be the place to have a guns thread and then other threads for other "men type" topics?
