It has been suggested that there ought to be a men-only that corresponds to the women-only forum. Some of the Ladies want a place to direct some of the new male members.

This has been suggested a hundred times. The site owner apparently doesn't see fit to create a forum for men.

we had a thread for guns that was kept alive for quite a while, that got used by men predominately.
are you saying you would participate in a men's one?

ok, well, several men are contributing to the gun thread and of course you are welcome, if we drift off on a manly topic, as manly men often do, I am sure everything will be "OK in okeydokeyville", should you care to contribute.
 
By the way, I see Palmetto State Armory has 308 lowers for as little as $159.99 this weekend.
I think one will be appearing at my place, Lord willing.

it was an phrase I heard a long time ago, I could have used spaces, okey-dokey-ville, being on the computer isn't easy on the eyes, I have heard 2 hours on a computer is equivalent to 8 hours reading the printed word. I know mine seem to lose acuity.
 
We were hoping for a place where men could talk men-only; about more discrete men's issues.
 
broach the subject and perhaps those with help and experience can communicate by pm. I see many men here who would be trusted brothers in this without getting the "vimin" involved.
No offense to our sisters in Christ of course.
 
so far, that's why I suggested the gun thread on the miscellaneous forum as to avoid the knock down drag out fights on the D.F.

The women have there own forum right now. They are wondering why the men don't.
