When you finish with Josephus, move on to Lucien, and then the Babylonian Talmud.

There is also Tacitus. Then man up and admit you were wrong.
No wonder I want to kill people like you, boy!

He does not corroborate any specific events in Jesus ministry. He does not give any account other than the man Jesus was known as a miracle worker of sorts, and was crucified. Other than that it is absolutely useless to validate any of the other thing's Jesus claimed or did, because there's nothing else about Jesus there.

But why would anyone use the claims of Josephus as real evidence when he wasn't even born in the time of Jesus, or the disciples time after Jesus? He only heard stories that were in circulation for a long long time, like he actually knew it was true.

On another note.

If Josephus really was documenting the truth, why was he not a Christian himself?
Logical fallacy: changing the goal posts. Your claim was that "no outside information from any other source either that those events took place." I showed you that there was, and you go into mental gymnastics. LOLOLOL. Don't worry, I understand; your response is typical: you cannot admit you are wrong.

Wanting to kill people who prove you are wrong? Wow. You are very attached to your erroneous thinking. You called that sadism.

Riven, you will easily know the meaning of "ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened"

Because I can call a staff member here and this thread will become locked

This is a permanent decision, Do you want to change your mind, less regret is better in life, right?

You seriously, dude, need medication. I'll pray for you. There's no excuse to turn this forum into an anti christian forum or be-little us. We are trying to share the word. Go start your bitter anti-christian :poop:, somewhere else. We are too busy sharing the Lord. Be advised I recognize the spirit that has possessed you. No tricksters are welcome here!

Make like a duck and go fly off, in Jesus name!

Yes I would agree.
There are other ways to conduct research, verify, deduce, reason and come to a conclusion.

So are you saying you are not willing to have your thinking stretched, your mind is closed?

I prefer you challenge my view with sound argument.

The rise of emotions tend to indicate something deeper or a side issue, if you were truly willing to enter into a dispassionate discourse you would conduct yourself in like manner and not react to provocation.

Demi, in #14 says a lot, perhaps it is a situation where we don't feel worthy of His sacrifice? Just wondering and attempting to help.
That is what makes it so much a gift of His love for us, G-d only does good. Now we can walk with Him indwelling us to do what He would have us do to manifest His love to all we have contact with, in Jesus name.

Good thing He directs us to lean not on our own understanding, and acknowledge Him, seeking His understanding.
Living life His way never brings discord, but love, joy, peace, etc.

You have no evidence that waking hours exist

But when Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, “Go away from me, Lord, for I am a sinful man!” 9 For he and all who were with him were amazed at the catch of fish that they had taken; 10 and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. Then Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching people.”

I wish he would be open minded enough to ask for our definition of God at least, and work with that definition in a dispassionate discourse to see what conclusions would follow

What I see is the main problem is responding to loaded (false) terms meant to be provocative and create a reactive response.

God did not "torture" Jesus, nor was He "tortured" for our sake <<<<<<<<< torture being a loaded term meant to provoke a equally loaded emotional response.

A loaded term! I took that word at face value  an eye opening experience

I took that for granted, that would have been helpful
