I don't believe that anyone has checked into the fiery sector of Hades as the judgement has not yet taken place yet so the population clock is still at zero.
Hello Tourist!
People are indeed pouring into Hades 24/7. Jesus spoke about the rich man of Lazarus fame as having already taken place. Both men died and Lazarus' spirit was taken to Abraham's side to the place of comfort within Sheol/Hades, where the rich man's spirit was on the other side in torment in flame.
"So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue,
because I am in agony in this fire.’ “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here
and you are in agony."
Everyone who dies rejecting Christ dies in their sins and go down into Sheol/Hades where they begin their punishment. After the millennial period the great white throne judgment will take place with all of the spirits of the unrighteous dead being released from Hades and receiving a resurrected body mete for punishment and will stand before God to be judged:
"Then I saw a great white throne and the One seated on it. Earth and heaven fled from His presence, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne.
And there were open books, and one of them was the book of life. And the dead were judged according to their deeds, as recorded in the books. The sea gave up its dead,
and Death and Hades gave up their dead, and each one was judged according to his deeds.
Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death—the lake of fire. And if anyone was found whose name was not written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire."
Throughout all of history, as well as at this posting, the unfaithful have been arriving and accumulating in Sheol/Hades where they are in torment in flame. This will continue right up to the great white throne judgment, where they will be judged and sentenced, only to be thrown into the lake of fire, which is the second death and the final punishment.
Think of it this way, God already knows the fate of the unrighteous where He begins their punishment in Hades in torment in flame at the time of their deaths. In other words, the great white throne judgment does not have to take place before they can begin their punishment. The judgment will be a legal proceeding where all of their sins will be revealed and accounted for.
