Dear Heavenly Father,
In the scriptures, the right ear is very significant. Touch and heal Poinsetta's right ear, Father. Help her to understand what is wrong and what is causing the pain. She's very precious in Your sight. You love her very much! We ask in the Name of Yeshua/Jesus, amen.
Exodus 29:20 King James Version (KJV)
20 Then shalt thou kill the ram, and take of his blood, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and upon the tip of the right ear of his sons, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot, and sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.

Lord God, I thank you that you hear us, not only with your ears but with your heart. I trust that poinsettia will sleep well tonight. I trust and I believe, for you have said, believe that you have received, and may our faith be pleasing in your sight. We lift up poinsettia. And we trust that God can be cotton, a relief to her ear drums. You have healed the deaf and You have given sight to the blind. Or, grant poinsettia wisdom, for James 1:5 says, He will grant wisdom generously without finding fault. Ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find. We ask that poinsettia be blessed. Whatever is your will, may your will be done, amen
