Jerusalem is the City where Christ was

in Revelation called 'great' is Babylon.

Who is the Harlot according to rev 17?

1. Bears the representation of a harlot, or a prostitute (rev 17: 1-2, 15-16)

A prostitute attempts to take the place of a spouse. Isreal, who was not the harlot. But PLAYED the harlot with the Pagan Gods and religion which was founded in Babylon, (who tried to replace God). from hence it got its name

2. A leader in ecclesiastical affairs (rev 17: 2-5 )

A leader of the world in ecclesiastical affairs. Jerusalem is pretty much a local religion which is hated by the world. Remember, Spiritual fornication is an adherance to a false religious system. Although Isreal is doing this with judaism, It is not a leader in the worlds ecclesiastical affairs.

3. A leader is political affairs. (Rev 17:3)

It not only has power and political strength in other nations, She seems to be controlling the beast. For which it sits (which is WHY the beast must destroy her)

4. A system which has great wealth and influence (rev 17: 4)

Jerusalem once again, compaired to therichest nations, is not among the top nations, In fact, the vatican has a GPA which far surpass jerusalem, (who is not even the capitol city of Isreal)

5. System represents a state of Christendom which was at this point unrevealed (rev 17: 5) in that in Johns day it was called a mystery.

The system has been a great persecutor of the saints. (Rev 17: 6) Even today, Jews do not go around killing christians. Let alone have they had the power or done so for the past 2000 Plus years since Revelations was written. But yet John claims the harlot has done this,

7. The system is an organized system of worldwide scope (rev 17: 15
Once again, Isreal has no power. Her religion has no influence or power throughout the world. The harlot will be an organized religious system, which is very powerful and influential in the world.

8, the system is destroyed by the beast , so that his supremacy may not be threatened.
Her power must be destroyed, otherwise, She will withstand him once she realizes who he is.

9. The world will mourn when the harlot is destroyed.

No one will mourn if jerusalem was destroyed, because jerusalem has no power or influence over them, Nor does her riches make them fat and happy. This also precluded the USA from being the harlot. Once again, The world will rejoice, in fact they are trying to replace their currency so they do not have to rely on the US. Because the dolloar is to powerful. Which we are quickly headed that way.

There is NO WAY Jerusalem is the HARLOT. Once again, She does not fit the characteristics.

The city of Jerusalem continues today to be left desolate because of the sin of Isreal. And the dan 9 prophesy said it will. Live this way through an unknown amount of time, UNTIL the time of the end. (After the abomination of desolation and the time allotted to the final beast) So in Gods eyes. It is already in ruins. why would he have to destroy it again? That makes no sense whatsoever!

Huh? Didn't Trump recently declare it the capital city of New Israel? How can President Trump proclaim it to be the capital city of New Israel, if it's still desolate?

Daniel 9 says clearly. The city and the sanctuary will be destroyed and left desolate. The end will be with a flood. TILL THE WAR DESOLATIONS ARE DETERMINED.

The middle east and jerusalem has been a seen of war for over 2000 years not. There is no house of God (like daniel prayed for) and a pagan God has his temple built in the city.
