Welcome, Dia. So glad you came and that you are seeking to know the Lord better. The Lord has provided so many ways for us to draw nearer to Him. It all starts with opening our hearts and letting Him draw nearer to us.
Revelations 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Other ways are praying, reading our Bibles, and as you said, fellowshipping with brothers and sisters in the Lord.
