Hello gang, I am still alive. I went to the hospital Saturday before last, after church, and they kept me! It seems my lung problems were caused by congestive heart failure and afib (irregular heartbeat). So, I have been in the hospital the last 11 days. I am now home on oxygen hoping for improvement. Happy belated birthday, calibob. Ya all pray for this old man. :(

Well sir, I'm glad you're still Deade, and not dead. I've been praying for you, and will continue to do so. I forgot to mention that.
 
I have had enough for this day, it is creeping up on my bedtime. So the old man is going to sign off for the night. Goodnight all.

@blue_ladybug I know dogs aren you favorite critters but Dogs make good friends and alarms too. Burglars hate them because even little ones like we've got are nosy and noisy. The crooks will just go somewhere else. we currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they get along fine. They even play together. And you can't shoot yourself in the foot with a dog.

This is the day chozen over 1500 years ago to celebrate the risen lord. Whether or not it really happened Saturday night or Sunday morning seem inconsequential to me. This day was chosen to honor and celebrate the fact that he's ALIVE! S let's remember that. 1000's of unfortunate people were crucified but only 1 walked out of a sealed tomb days later... Thank you Father, Son and Holy Spirit he's alive!
