The topic is the jews and why christians get a bad rap from them
One of the reasons was the extreme antisemetism from Luther which sort of created the holocost aagainst jews.
While talking about this, Someone went off topic and talked about other people beng slaughtered at same time, Which while true, still went off topic. And the reason why no one mentioned these other people also with. The jews, Because once again, The topic is why do jews hate Christians

We do know that the RC church afflicted the followers of Judaism. Calling them Jews is debatable, some may have been physical descendants of the 12 tribes after the war between the Jews and Rome.
That said, who are the Jews?
(Rom 2:29 but someone is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is of the heart by the Spirit and not by the written code. This person's praise is not from people but from God.)
(Rom 9:6-8 is not as though the word of God had failed. For not all those who are descended from Israel are truly Israel
nor are all the children Abraham's true descendants; rather "through Isaac will your descendants be counted."
This means it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God; rather, the children of promise are counted as descendants.)
Paul below is stating who are the true Jews:
(Gal 4:28-30 But you, brothers and sisters, are children of the promise like Isaac.
But just as at that time the one born by natural descent persecuted the one born according to the Spirit, so it is now.
But what does the scripture say? "Throw out the slave woman and her son, for the son of the slave woman will not share the inheritance with the son" of the free woman.)
Jesus states the same thing:
Luke 13:28 There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God but you yourselves thrown out.)
Peter states they would be cut off from the people:
(Acts 3:23 Every person who does not obey that prophet will be destroyed and thus removed from the people.')
Any person that is practicing Judaism is of the synagogue of satan
(Rev 2:9 'I know the distress you are suffering and your poverty (but you are rich). I also know the slander against you by those who call themselves Jews and really are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.)

That is not the topic. It's more like who are the Christians? The ones who persecute the Jews or not?

Very well spoken in my opinion; & not to be rude to the op but who cares what the Jews think about Christian's? Judiasm is out, the kingdom of God in Christ Jesus is in; this is the 21st century! Love the Jews, but it's us or them, concerning judiasm or Christianity! The Old Testament in Christ is the foundation of Christianity, not judiasm.
My bad 😭 not trying to derail the thread but God revealed judiasm to be an apostate religion; and all the church can say that judiasm was the old testament religion. Jesus said everything that was written was about Him, but that is not the case with judiasm.
Paul almost single handedly by the Holy Spirit destroyed judiasm, and put to rest the old way in Adam! Knowing this, now there is no more such a thing as a Jew who are the chosen people of God! In other words the son's of God in Adam (Old covenant Israel) are now the son's of God in Christ Jesus! (New covenant Israel).
Israel brought forth from the Adamic race the righteous line to the Messiah, always through the remnant; when Jesus was born there is no more righteous line! Now, the righteous line only continues forth in Christ Jesus!
This has caused a terrible schism in the church amongst Christian's in winning this battle against the Jews!? Which is: you cannot keep telling the Jews their still the chosen people of God and expect them to radically covert to Christ Jesus as the Messiah!! Who, (the Jews) keep saying their waiting for, as the chosen people of God!!! It's an oxymoron that's been created by the 😈 in the church!
The church in the dark ages and the middle ages and at the time of the Reformation, etc..... Was a different creature then today with all of this imfo at our fingertips. The brutality was probably more needed then most people today could understand; for checks and balances. Jeez O Pete!, The Holy Spirit killed Ananias and Sapphira and they were Jews!
But I digress! Yes there has been much violence and killing between the two. If we of the church as Christian's can not find our way to the truth in these matters, God may have to kill one side or the other amongst us! I have no problem with that, let the Holy Spirit judge what is of God and what isn't! There are to many important things at stake in the hour in which we live!! 🧐🤕
