YUCK! EWWWWWW!!! I can't stand Mountain Dew, lol. Nope, pop is carbonated SUGAR WATER. NOT GOOD! Actually, I did this not to long ago............. went cold turkey on the pop, switched to mostly water, didn't eat after around 7pm (including the late night indulgences while no ones around to whine and beg for some, lol) increased fruits and veggies etc........... lost about 10lbs in 2 1/2 weeks, sleep quality improved, wasn't tired as soon as waking up, ( was close to 2pm before tiredness would hit) REALLY LEARNED ABOUT denying the flesh during that time too because the cravings got SO INTENSE! Then the kids got sick, then I got sick, and then well.......... "just this one trip to the drive through won't hurt" (JUST ONE BITE............) and well, yeah that kinda messed me up again. And we all know what happend when the term "One bite won't hurt you" was first used.........................
