it really depends what Publix or what Wal-Mart carries in the Organic Foods, they all fluctuate -
we personally, like Publix the best, but we do find exceptional deals at Wal-Mart, concerning
ORGANIC products, they are very competitive, along with Aldi's -
eating HEALTHY can NEVER be a bad-thing'...

You actually provide a lot of wise counsel. I have never been to Aldi's so I might have to check them out.

I have an ice cream machine maker. It's so easy to make fresh vegan ice cream with it. Tastes great too. And relatively cheap, once you get past the cost of the ice cream machine, which is about $250 for a half way decent one.
