starting a new forum OR what forum would be appropriate for this.............

So I'm just wondering if a forum can be started for a topic of healthy living/lifestyle (i.e. weight loss tips, SUPPORT from other users, etc) I'm not a big techy person and won't join all those sites that promote that; however, it would be nice to have a place to check in with others and give/have support in areas like that(and I'm sure I'm not alone in this) .
So the question is this...........
How does a forum get started

What forum on the site could the subject be started under?

You cannot start a new forum. There is already a Health forum. :)
